Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay

I rarely write such long reviews, but this hotel truly deserves it. Crimson is a wonderful hotel in every sense of the word. It's situated in a quiet, peaceful location that offers complete privacy and seclusion – exactly what we were looking for. The hotel has its own private beach, which is clean, well-maintained, and never overcrowded. It felt like we had stumbled upon our own little paradise. The restaurants deserve a special mention. The food was absolutely delicious at all dining venues – a huge variety and excellent quality. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner – every meal was a delight. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. The team is incredibly attentive and warm. When we decided to extend our stay, we were pleasantly surprised with compliments and small gifts – we truly felt valued. And when my husband unfortunately fell ill during our trip, the staff went above and beyond to help – offering assistance, checking in on us, and making sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism were astonishing. And the pillow – it was incredibly comfortable. Honestly, I don't remember the last time I slept so well. Every night of our stay, I had a deep, peaceful, perfect sleep – no neck pain and no tossing and turning. Crimson has spoiled all other hotels for me – in the best possible way. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Boracay. Before check-in, you can enjoy the hotel's pool and private beach. Free paddleboarding is also available! Upon checking in, we received welcome sweets that weren't very tasty! (But they looked cute, so I was happy). The hotel had a few restaurants, but there was a Filipino restaurant and a mall nearby that caught our eye, so we ate lunch and dinner there. The breakfast area had high ceilings and felt very open and spacious! There was a wide variety of delicious food. One thing to note is that the locations of the pools other than the main one were a bit hard to find. Also, when I was walking around the hotel at night, I encountered large bugs and frogs! 😭

The curtains in the room didn't block out any light at all, and I was woken up by the bright sun before 5:00 AM. Almost every room had large geckos, which really scared both me and my child.

When I first arrived, I found the hotel wasn't as stunning as I'd imagined, mainly because the architecture felt too modern and not like a resort. However, the hotel's excellent service soon became apparent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made the vacation feel more like a true getaway. Breakfast was simply amazing. The pool connects directly to the beach and the ocean, and the hotel even has its own private bay. There are three restaurants at the hotel, and the food was outstanding and reasonably priced. The rooms were also quite good. The hotel offers airport transfers, but they're a bit expensive. The location is somewhat remote; while the hotel does provide shuttle service to D'Mall, the frequency is limited.

The hotel sheets had what looked like bloodstains, but the hotel claimed it was from a red dessert. The red was incredibly vivid. When I asked, I found out the hotel didn't change the sheets when cleaning... In the end, it wasn't clear who did it, but it really looked like blood. Maybe boys have 'those days' too, haha. 😓 A bit speechless. Moving to Shangri-La.
