The hotel was at a convenient location close to the beach surrounded by nice restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helped us plan activities. There is a pier few steps away from where day tours take off.

The soundproofing was decent and the location is good, but there is only a water dispenser.
Smoking was allowed on the 5th-floor terrace, and while cockroaches appeared in my friend's room, none appeared in mine, so I am satisfied.

The biggest drawback of the hotel is the lack of ventilation in the rooms. There are windows, of course, but they have no view and no screens. The air conditioner in the room was broken; we reported it to the staff, but it was never fixed during our entire stay. It was constantly dripping, making the room very humid, clothes didn't dry, and there was an unpleasant odor. On the plus side, there's breakfast on the rooftop with a choice of dishes from the menu and time slots. You can also leave your wet beach clothes with the staff to dry for free. Beach bags and towels are available at reception. The staff is friendly.
