3.7/5Our room was swarming with mosquitoes when we checked in. The service was slow. the only good thing about this hotel is that its near to the beach and dmall.

4.5/5ExcellentStaff are friendly never failed to greet us. We were upgraded to a bigger room because ac is not working it was hot but they fixed the problem staright away. It was just a little noisy because we were next to staff room and on top of our room is like a restaurant so we can hear the chairs moving.

5/5PerfectStayed here for 3 nights. The check in process was fast and have all my requests ready. The rooms and bed are great, I also love that they have drinking water stations on every floor for refills. Location is perfect its in the center of the island!
