Be careful when choosing this hotel!!!
Please note that the hotel has different rooms and all the super enthusiastic reviews concern the large suites with a sea view!
All other rooms have some nuance that may spoil your impression and rest, if this is important to you.
The rooms on the first floor have windows facing the wall-fence, the rooms are quite dark, even in the middle of the sunniest day! A little damp and there is practically no fresh air, it is difficult and unpleasant to ventilate such a room, you do not want to open the window, because there is dirt under it and rats and insects are running.
I understand that this is Asia, this happens, but in the description of the rooms there is not a word about the fact that the view is limited or has nuances, all the photos are taken with closed blinds and windows that do not open. Perhaps this is not important to everyone, but it is worth warning about this.
The only plus from this wall is perhaps the silence! But you wake up as if in a crypt, there is nowhere to dry things.
We asked to be moved to a room on the second floor, with great difficulty after 3 days we were moved, the rooms on the second floor are a little better, but instead of a wall you have the windows of the neighboring hotel and people in it, plus the sounds of music. However, we were much more comfortable this way, because it was quite light and you could sleep with the window open.
Plus on the second floor there are tables and chairs where you can dry your clothes.
"Pros"
The beach and location are really gorgeous, there are many palm trees and trees on the beach creating shade, there are no boats and you can swim safely.
The hotel is next to Angola Road, where tricycles arrive. Station 3 - where it is quiet and calm, very few people and excursion sellers, there are cafes and shops, the music does not pound until the night.
Debbie works at the reception, she is wonderful! She will help you with all your questions. Thank you very much to her for helping with the relocation!
The hotel gives out beach towels, there are breakfasts, although modest, but very tasty. You can also order something extra for breakfast for a small fee, everything is very tasty!
In the rooms, if you do not take into account the view, everything is fine, freshly renovated, clean, cozy, good plumbing, towels, hot water, air conditioning, wardrobe, table.
"Cons"
-View from the windows on the wall or the neighboring hotel, unless you have suites by the sea.
-No refrigerator in the room
-Terrible WiFi!
If you planned to work while staying at this hotel, then you will not be able to! The Internet is slow, it disconnects all the time, even with a full signal, Instagram and social networks sometimes do not load.
And the most disgusting thing is the hotel administration (DO NOT confuse with the hotel employees on site), we are talking about employees who sit somewhere in some office and accept applications for reservations from aggregators, for three days these employees ignored the decision on the issue of relocation or partial cancellation, did not answer calls and letters, did not resolve the issue in any way and dragged out time. If it weren't for Debbie, who was able to help with the relocation despite the fact that it wasn't her area of responsibility, I suppose the administration would have simply waited until the departure date.

Great location, only ten steps from the hotel to the water (I measured). The room is large, three windows, a new Panasonic silent air conditioner, two closets, a large table, a sofa for relaxing. Hot water in the tank is 60 liters, so if you splashed for a long time, the second shooter may not be enough. heats up quickly.

So I'm currently here at the hotel. THE GOOD: 1. Beach front 2. Rooms are spacious and clean 3. Quiet area compared to the other beaches. THE BAD: 1. The building directly next door has locals (mainly young men) living there, they drink and smoke everyday and the noise (music) from them is loud and disturbing. (See photo from the room window) I asked management to move rooms, but was denied. 2. Breakfast extremely basic, you have to pay more for what others include. 3. No fridge in the room for drinks 4. No sunbeds for the beach 5. Very small hot water unit (runs out for showers quickly) Other better options avail as we found out walking around.

Transportation: Easily Accessed by tricycle thru Angol Road (Thank you to the local who told us about this access road) Location: If you want to have this serene, calm, peaceful, and natural island vibe, station 3 is the best. But, Hotel 357 is divine. Imagine waking up at 5am so you can run to the beach is crazy euphoric. Having breakfast by the shore, 357 has its own beach front. So peaceful. Hotel and Amenities: The room was great. Tropical vibe. Everything we need was there except for the toothbrush and toothpaste which is okay because we brought our own. Towels, linens, toiletries, fridge, are there. Interior design and lighting is up to date. (Doesn’t feel or look old) There’s also an improvised GYM near the front of the hotel which I love. Hotel Staffs: Amazing staffs. The Hotel manager is ever accommodating to the guests. Love them! Food: The breakfast food is sumptous. Nakaka busog.

Together with my wife, we spend 9 nights in this amazing place. The location is perfect the resort is situated at Angol Beach on the end of White Beach. The area is not crowded, the neighborhood is charming. The staff is very attentive and super friendly. Mam Debbie, Sir Dong, Mara, and our evening guard. The room was so clean. The design all through the facility has a great line from the color selection to the detailed clam paintings on the wall to the bamboo furniture, all fitting the natural environment. Food was always freshly cooked and very delicious. We highly recommend this place and we will come back on our next trip to Boracay 😍

Our room was with sea view and it was the best. Best mango and banana shake ever and it is a must try!!! They are soooo huge! We loved the place and thank you guys all so much!

The location of this hotel was spot on want we wanted quiet right on the beach, you have small walk to 7/11 then you have plenty of restaurant's along the beachfront to choose from, as i have poor walking we just went up to the main road next to 7/11 and you can get the teh little electric 3 wheel taxis but do not let them rip you off as they do try and its only 20php each from this part of station 3 to station 2 or 3 (d-mall ) we just give them 50php for teh 2 of use but others do try to hit you for 100 or even 200php so ask before hand best to just just in and share. or hotel was nice as sea view but breakfast wasn't that great and not a lot of choice from the kitchen but the staff are ready nice and i would go back

Was pretty surprised myself making this review early on in my trip. I’m not even halfway on my vacation, but I am having a grand time and I’m pretty sure the remaining days will be awesome. This is my nth time on the island and have been staying at Sur with friends and family since 2010. Station 1- which used to be tranquil and quiet has become a bit too crowded for an aging bachelor in his 30s… and the increasing rates of the hotels and resorts in the area is a bit of a factor to consider as well. Saw the reviews of 357 Boracay and decided to book for myself after almost 3 years of Boracay Travel hiatus due to the Pandemic. With only 10 Rooms in their inventory, this prime Beachfront property in the surprisingly peaceful and uncrowded area of White Beach Station 3 is a true gem. The view from the restaurant is priceless. Their 2 Suites on the 2nd floor face the same direction. Their restaurant serves limited menu, but so far, the ribs, porkchop and fried chicken I have ordered were all well-cooked, well-priced and well-portioned. Breakfast was pretty basic but decent. I wish brewed coffee is served rather than a 3-in-1 coffee sachet, but there are cafes nearby to get your much-needed coffee fix. I stayed at the Executive Double Room and for the price of about PHP2500 or roughly USD 50a night, I have nothing to complain about except for the lack of a Safety Box for valuables and a coffee/tea facility. Split type AC easily cools down the room even during a hot afternoon, there’s a writing table, a sitting area/daybed… and a very decent bathroom with no to less downtime for hot water. Water pressure is impressive, although there’s a tendency to flood the shower area which overflows to the adjacent drain below the sink and toilet area. Complimentary toiletries can be improved and dental kit may be added. Nevertheless, I always travel with my own set. Did I mention that the rooms have white linens and fluffy, clean smelling towels too!? Great to see room accents from Narda’s handwoven fabrics like their rugs and bed runner. Service is genuine and feels very homey. The feeling of visiting your favorite Tita/Aunt in her home. Ms Debbie makes this place really special. If 357 is a gem, this lady is the gem of 357. Overall, its great location, decent accommodation, good food and heartfelt service makes 357 Boracay my new go-to place in Boracay Island. Value for your money and many more!

-Very near the beach -Rooms are huge, very value for the money -Food is just okay, but also cheaper compare to other restaurants in Boracay -If you are on a budget this property is for you -This is far from crowded Station 2 so better buy all things you need before going here

This hotel is at the bottom of White beach with a lovely view from the dining area. It is very clean and the staff lovely with nice big quality rooms. Location wise it is probably the best area as it is slightly quieter and more western and still right on a beautiful area of beach. Having looked at other hotels whilst in the area walking around we are glad we booked this one and I would say it is probably one of the best places to stay on white beach. My absolutely only criticism is that there is no water cooler or complimentary coffee for guests like many others have have, for such a good set up I’m surprised they missed this.

Dream place. I recommend this property for the location, cleanliness and kindness of the staff. Located at station 3, the best and quietest area with a sea that looks like a swimming pool. Fantastic staff, we often had lunch at the hotel and everything was excellent. Plus having breakfast with that view in the morning is priceless and so relaxing. The owner woke up very early to make sure we had breakfast and that our transfer was successful..... I will definitely return and hope to be able to stay in this hotel... Above all, try the locally produced Frozen ice tea, a delicacy ❤️Thank you so much for this dream stay 😘 Anna
