Room is clean and everything that we needed was provided. The view from our room really made us feel the Boracay vibes. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. It was peaceful at night and no noise at all. The overall stay was very spectacular.

Our family enjoyed staying at water colors dive resort, Very accomodating and friendly staff, special mention to sir abel, sir chris, mam lyn and to all the other staff, and to the dive masters mam jenny and sir jimmy, i highly recommend this place

Excellent service from the crew! Watercolors Boracay is a highly recommended destination for those looking to take a break from their busy lives and enjoy some peace and quiet. We are grateful to Avel and his colleagues for being accommodating and providing exceptional service to us.

Very pleased with my stay at Watercolors. Clean, comfortable room. My room had balcony area with view of beach and ocean. Dive shop on 1st floor is convenient. Staff is great. The hotel offered "free breakfast" but little did we know that they were just offering free bread and coffee. You had to pay more if you want a fulfilling breakfast. It isn't worth it, for 7,735/night the room is so cramp, very small. The Henann resort in Station 1 only charges P4,900/night for a big room already with BUFFET Breakfast. There are other hotels in the area with better free breakfast and sea view. You can try True Home (less than a minute walk from this place, only charges P5,500 per room with seaview and free breakfast as well), Zuzuni (only charges P4k-6k/night for a bigger room with seaview+free breakfast). The hotel owner is so greedy that they leeches off more money from their guests just because no one seemed to eat at their restaurant. We weren't aware that the reason they were asking for a P5,000 security deposit was just so they can milk off more money from you. Never again, very bad experience from this hotel. You also had to wait until 8am before they can start preparing your breakfast, which meant you have to eat around 20-30 minutes after 8am. So by the time you get to do your activities for the day, the sun is already up. Our hotel room also had aircon problems, we informed the staff as soon as we get to our room, I followed it up twice but they never fixed it during our stay. They kept telling me they'd send a mechanic but they never did.
Response from Property: Our free continental breakfast includes a basket of assorted breads, butter & jam, fruit in season, egg cooked to your liking, slices of carrots, cucumber and tomato, our house juice - calamansi juice and choice of coffee or tea. Although we start our breakfast at 8:00 in the morning, we accommodate orders the night before and we are also open to early breakfast arrangement upon request in cases of early activities or early departure. That day, there were other guests who had ordered the night before, so we served them first but yours came immediately after. It is not fair to say that we milk or leech off the security deposit from the guests as it is returned on the day of check out. If ever the guests has room charges & incidentals, we always ask if they want to deduct it from this deposit or to pay through credit card and the full deposit returned. In your case, you did not receive the entire security deposit back because you chose to deduct your incidental bills. These information of what to expect are indicated in online platforms and resent via email upon booking. We also make sure that our rooms and services are competitively priced as we are after continued business and returning customers. Apologies for the a/c issue as we thought it was resolved. Our staff/maintenance immediately checked the air con and saw that the remote was only set in fan mode. He fixed the setting and showed you the problem. He also asked you to just inform us if there would be any other problems, but as the day/s passed, we did not receive any more complaints. Our housekeeping staff also kept monitoring the temperature in your room upon tidying and turning down. In any case, we apologise for what were our shortcomings and whatever caused the mismatched expectations or miscommunication. We always learn from reviews, good or bad, and from this, we see the need for even better communication and follow up on our guests’ satisfaction, again and again, during the stay.

If you like small hotels, right in front of the beach, nice and clean rooms, familiar and dedicated staff, this is your place. We loved our stay! It's located in station 1, and be aware and there aren't many hotel in stations, which is less crowded and silent that other stations. The staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast is included and it's served in your balcony. I'll repeat the next time in Boracay.

I’ve stayed in Watercolors Hotel this July and I have only one word for this hotel, “fabulous”! The check in time is 12nn but I arrived 2 hours earlier and they’ve brought me to my room asap. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Excellent customer service. The room which I stayed in has this amazing view of the beach. The room itself, goodness, it’s very cozy, very comfortable and all the good adjectives I can use to describe it. I’ll certainly be back here. It’s highly recommended.

Watercolors dive Resort was a wonderful experience. The staff were all wonderful and attentive. Breakfast on the Balcony over looking the beach was a real treat. I did my Rescue Diver with Jimmy the instructor. Great course content delivery from a highly experienced diver/teacher. Made me feel at ease while instructing me through the exercises with an informative and fun experience. Highly recommended. Thanks Jimmy. You da man! Hope to see you all again in the future.

What a jewel of a place! From the start, we were treated like family by the Watercolors staff, greeted warmly every morning and wished a good night in the evenings. They went out of their way to ensure that we were pleased with our rooms, the food, the diving and the service—and we were delighted! The rooms are well-appointed, sweet smelling and super clean. The restaurant served delicious food and yummy cocktails. The diving instruction was superb. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Lyn, Metzi, Ronny, Rolly, Avel and of course the ultimate divemaster Darwin!

My husband and I enjoyed four incredible days at WaterColors. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everyone was exceptionally kind and friendly, creating an atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We look forward to returning back next year. Thank you for everything.

Excellent experience. Complete amenities. Rooms are very clean. Professional, accommodating, and friendly staff. The location is perfect because it's right in front of the white beach. It's perfect for those who seek rest and relaxation and away from the bustling crowd of station 2. We had breakfast with the greatest view of the white beach. Will definitely come back.

The Watercolors staff had top notch customer service and truly treated us like family! Avel, Miki, Lyn, and the rest of the staff really made us feel welcome and helped us with absolutely anything we needed. They even helped us hail the e-trikes! This was a mother/daughter trip and we’re so glad we chose to stay at Watercolors. It made us sad to say goodbye to them at the end of our trip because they were honestly that great to us. The hotel itself is really nice, with wooden touches inside that gave a really warm and calming vibe. The room was a perfect size for two people with a really comfortable bed. The bathroom had a fancy stone floor throughout. We also had a private deck with an amazing view of the beach and Willy’s Rock! Watercolors is located in Station 1 which ended up being the much nicer part of White Beach and better suited for relaxing with family. The beachfront location felt really safe, clean, and accessible to wherever we were headed to for the day. We would definitely stay at Watercolors again if/when returning to Boracay!

Absolutely fantastic from the first day to the last. Wonderful staff, welcoming and available that makes us feel like family. Located in front of the beach near everything, spectacular rooms. There is a diving team always available that we also recommend if you want to go diving. We highly recommend the meals at Watercolours! We don't know when we will come back but we will definitely stay here again. A big hug to all the staff

Very pleasant stay in Watercolors. Had the Penthouse room for 3 nights. Staff were very attentive and great. Room is comfy. Had a very nice time. Continental breakfast came with the room. We’ll be back soon.
