Residencia Boracay

If you want to stay in Station 1, I would recommend this place. The room is okay, you dont expect anything but the beachfront - that’s the gem and lesser people since it’s far from the usual places people go to.

It’s my 4th time staying here. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is right infront of the beach. I love their breakfast buffet. Thank you. Will definitely go back soon

We found the rooms to be clean albeit old and quite dated. The housekeeping can only do their best given the state of the furniture and finishings. The rooms were giving “retreat house vibes” and not in the best way. However, the shining beacon that saved Residencia was its staff. They were super friendly and very helpful. They gave the impression that they really enjoy their jobs and that they were one big happy family. From the amazing kitchen and wait staff at their flagship restaurant, Sole, the warm smiles that greeted us every morning at the breakfast buffet, to the helpful housekeeping staff and the lovely ladies at reception, our every request was catered to and we really felt like we were part of their family. Food at the restaurant and during breakfast was not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. The reception staff catered to our every need, providing unlimited beach towels for our beach swims, lending us umbrellas when it rained and even giving us plastic bags for our wet clothes. The hotel is located at the quieter end of station 1 near Discovery and is only one tricycle ride away from station 2 and D’mall. Location is unbeatable and given its pricier neighbours is very competitive. As for the rooms, refurbishment to refresh and tidy it up would do it a world of good especially the bathrooms. All in all, an excellent stay from a customer service point of view let down by sub par rooms. Basic accomodation for a reasonable price. If you are after a luxurious stay, this is not the place. Otherwise, it will do.

Staff was excellent, Jenn at the front desk, Jennita, and Rafy at the restaurant were extremely nice and accommodating! We had a group of six and we would all definitely stay there again. They had a singer performing at the restaurant on the weekend and he was really good.
