We are a couple and stayed in a cottage queen room that was very comfortable and clean, for 4 nights, lots of plugs and had strong A/C. . Our ground floor room faced the Whisky Cafe, where we enjoyed dinner one night and delicious breakfast every morning. Try the omelettes and the Filipino breakfast, or overnight oats. The owner and staff are great - friendly and helpful. Lots of cool, sgady places to relax, read a book borrowed from the little book nook on site. Lots of people worked on their laptops from the courtyard cafe. Location is a few minutes away from the crowds,so is quiet at night,as well as safe and secure. 5 minutes walking takes you to beautiful White Beach (station 2) and D Mall, with lots of shopping, restaurants and bars. Also 1 minute walk east from Lazy Dog to Bulabog Beach. We were able to borrow towels for the beach, which was great. And there is a real "lazy dog", Miel, a real sweetheart! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Boracay.
