The Henann Garden Resort is a generally beautiful and well-maintained property, featuring multiple pools and a location that makes it easy to reach the beach within minutes. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant.
One highlight is the hotel’s airport transfer service. It is significantly faster and far more comfortable than the standard transfer options on Boracay. The additional cost is absolutely worth it, especially if you want a smooth and hassle-free arrival.
However, despite being marketed as a 5‑star resort, it does not fully meet that standard. Realistically, it aligns more with a solid 4‑star experience. The main shortcomings are:

- The breakfast is quite simple and feels like a basic buffet without any special touches.
- No custom orders or special requests are accommodated.
- There is, for example, only one type of juice available.
- The dinner offerings also fall short of what you would expect from a true 5‑star hotel.

- Room amenities and overall hotel facilities are good but not exceptional.
Overall Verdict
Despite not living up to its 5‑star branding, the Henann Garden Resort offers very good value for money. It’s a great choice if you’re looking to relax by the pool or enjoy the beach in a comfortable, well-kept environment. If you’re expecting true luxury, you may be disappointed — but for a relaxing holiday with good service and a fair price, it’s definitely worth considering.
