We had a warm welcome with 🍹 drinks.The staff were very accomodating regardless the ethnicity.One of the nice and important thing about the staff walking around that caught our attention was they greet every visitor on their way, it makes us feel good first thing in the morning.The facilities are great very clean.They will lend you towel when you want to go to the beach,very convinient.Awesome buffet breakfast with ocean view.They even bother to call our transfer tour which I booked on different agency and make sure we will have no worries.If you some guests expect too much I think they should pay more because infairness in this resort,they’ve done a very good job!Go and experience this fantastic Two Seasons Resort!!!

New hotel with great level of service. The location is a bit inconvenient and no beach service available, from hotel to the beach 4-5 minutes walking distance. Free transfers to Dmall are available. Very friendly personnel.

Our family had a wonderful stay in the Premier Room at Pinnacle Boracay from January 29 to February 1. The room was spacious, modern, and well-maintained, providing the perfect home away from home during our vacation.
The bed was large and very comfortable, ensuring we had a restful sleep every night. The balcony offered a nice view, and we enjoyed having coffee there in the mornings. The bathroom was clean and stocked with essentials, and the hot water worked perfectly—ideal after a long day at the beach.
We also appreciated the quiet ambiance of the hotel, which made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and shuttle service available when needed.
Overall, our stay in the Premier Room at Pinnacle Boracay was a fantastic experience for our family. We highly recommend it for those looking for comfort, privacy, and excellent service in Boracay. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed here during my five-day, four-night solo trip to Boracay. I'm a sensitive sleeper, so I was looking for a quiet place, and this was the perfect place for me. I was able to enjoy a peaceful night without any distractions.
All the staff here were always cheerful and genuinely friendly. I was worried I might get bored traveling alone, but I was able to enjoy various activities and meals with the staff, making the trip enjoyable. Thanks to them, I didn't feel lonely.
Especially when I left my dirty white shirt with the staff, they cleaned it as if it were brand new. I'm so grateful for their thoughtful consideration and kindness.
If I ever visit Boracay again, I will definitely return here. I'm making truly wonderful memories.

Best location-right across the quiet part of the beach with a long stretch of white sand shore. Within a reasonable distance from where all the partyinh happens and a stone’s throw away from the more relaxed/quiet part of the island. Everyone is very warm and accommodating-very attentive to each guest without being annoying. 10/10 would recommend and i’m already planning my next stay there!🌴

Friendly staff, allowed us to check out until 1 more hour. The room looks comfortable and modern enough for it’s affordable price. It’s just a surprise how our room was actually on the other side of the building and you have to cross the pedestrian to access into the reception and restaurant. Although there were guards on-post ready to assist you cross over 24hrs a day.
Also, I don’t like the way you have to log-in to wifi once you went out of the premise and come back, like you’re not automatically connected. Great location tho if you wanna stay at Station 1; the landmark would be at Aplaya/Club Tropicana if from the beach which is good once you go home late from a night out. Wish we had free breakfast too for it’s price but nope 😩😂

We stayed there from 12 Sept to 16 Sept and it was a great experience. First the hotel's location is very practical as it is between the White beach and bulabog beach and surrounded with stores and restos. The room experience is 10/10 as during our stay we experienced a storm and multiple times the electricity has been cut-off but in just few seconds the generator started. Kudos to thats. The internet connections is very decent. The room is clean and housekeeping frequently can be found on the floor ready to render any help and to be ask to clean our room. The swimming area is decent just need a little bit cleaning of the pool. The hotel's resto is very good, food is delicious and in good portion. Hotel's resto is very accommodating. The only comment is that if it is not possible to have a buffet breakfast atleast add more breakfast menus to have more options but other than that the food is great. And lastly special mention to Ms. Shar of front desk, she has a very welcoming aura, always smiling and very accommodating even though we are just passing through the front desk we always seeing her smile and she is very jolly. Overall the stay is great and will certainly book again to Ferra. Thanks to all the hotels staff.

What a location! Sitting on our balcony looking at the white sand and turquoise water is what Boracay is all about. It’s on a peaceful section of beach so swimming in the ocean was always uncrowded and enjoyable. The hotel restaurant is good with plenty of options close by. DMall which is the restaurant and bar area of town is walkable or a cheap trike away.

Seawind has superb service with polite and courteous staff to begin your day. Although it’s facilities are not as modern as others that has proliferated Boracay, it’s still a great place to relax considering the quietude of station 1. The buffet breakfast has decent variety and servings. The massage ladies are at your beck and call - and they do great foot massage! Best of all, the price is competitively affordable.

Amazing stay, we also got a free room upgrade complementary from the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff are extremely helpful, kind and warm. The service is excellent and the location is great. There’s a private beach area right by the dining area allowing us to have a great meal with a great view. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

DDania AngelaExcellent service! The staff in the hotel and the Pigout restaurant where breakfast is served are wonderful, they made us feel at ease and at home. Plated breakfast selections are good most especially the pancakes and french toast. We were lucky to have our room on the 5th floor where there is more natural light coming in the standard room, lower rooms have a window but a bit too close to the adjacent building making it a bit dark— it is what it is but service makes up for it :)

One of the air conditioning units in our room has been reported and repaired multiple times, but it still fails to cool the room adequately.
