This hotel just opened on October and I must say, it did not disappoint. I would have rated 5 all in all but there are minor improvements. My overall stay was impeccable and I felt like a VIP. Thank you to all the staffs, Zephora who processed by checkout and late checkout request, the gentleman (I didn't get his name) who assisted me doing check in. The guards, the kuya who helped me with my luggage, and the lady who assisted me to my room you all deserve a 10/10 for customer service. Their VP Ms. Kaye even left a handwritten message welcoming me to the hotel which was personalized. The way that my was prepared was immaculate - very clean, spacious and the first hotel who offers Apple TV and iOS/Mac casting 👏🏻. Everything is brand new. It's worth the money. Their breakfast was okay, but there could have been more selections. Their pool is 😍. I will definitely be back at this hotel. I hope that the staff will stay the same, humble, all smiles, and accommodating. Recommendation: Create a member loyalty platform - I am sure your hotel will be famous as more travelers discovers what you offer. + Very prime location, 2-5 minutes walk to the white beach + Their staffs are superb in customer service + Worth every penny + Very spacious room, has a bath tub and veranda + Breakfast selection can be improved but I loved their main dishes + Free cute tote bag + Complimentary drinks were served right away + Wet cold face towels were immediately given - Construction is kinda loud, but the room has a bit of sound proofing which helps. - Minor: There's not flat iron or maybe, they can provide upon request. Thank you to all of the staffs, you guys made my stay memorable, special, and I felt at home.

Good day! Rest with my wife in March 2020. I will tell you at once for the luxury and brilliance of five-star hotels, it is not here. A small hotel on 10-12 rooms. The main dignity of it is that it is not on the seaside, it has left the room and 10 metres across the sea. The room recommends taking an improved 4th floor, there is its balcony with sea view and the floor below the pool. The staff is very welcome and willing to help in any matter. Breakfast is ordered every morning and can bring it to the room. The choice is not big. 3 options of European, which includes juice, coffee, toasts, fruit and eyelashes with sausage or bean or ham. Philippine instead of eyeliner rice. I will say honestly if someone likes a good breakfast, it is not enough, but my wife and I were enough. The room has beds on the beach and issues beach towels. In our view, the plus of the hotel is to find it at the third station, that is, very few people in the evening. If you want to move, 10 minutes walk to the right and a lot of cafes and restaurants. From the nuances : it is necessary to be prepared that you will not be taken directly to the hotel and from the place where the road ends it takes 7 minutes to go with the sand bags. Also the feature is that if you want to remove the room, it is necessary to tell you. Of the downsides in the room, it is little room for garment storage and not very successful location of the air conditioner that blows right on the bed. Nearly three minutes walk a shop where you can buy beer. Cafe is a lot of any taste. The dish is on average 350-400 pesso, meat from 600 pesso, soups are cheaper. There are a number of restaurants where you pay 750-800 pesso and eat and drink (wine, beer) without restrictions. Of course there is cheaper place, all on any opportunity. Food is very delicious, everyone will find himself in the shower. On the market you can buy seafood and ask to prepare them in the restaurant. Nearby there are many diving centers, who is interested. The cost of diving 2000 pesso (45 minutes, depth 18 meters, who has a certificate) . The course is 1$- 49-50 pesso. To summarize, I will say that a beautiful place for a quiet rest with a snowy beach, clean water and very friendly local population. Here you want to return. P.s bank cards are not everywhere accepted.

Not a hotel, be a hotel. There is no pick-up service. When you leave the airport, you have to take the Sounthwest boat to Boracay. You will have to walk along the beach for about 5 minutes to get to the hotel. Wi-Fi can't be used basically, or buy a mobile phone card yourself. Occasionally there will be no power outages and be mentally prepared. Good location, right at the beach, just out the door. However, the room does not see the sea view. Breakfast is ok.

The hotel with very high cost performance, because the room that is abandoning the beach is too small, specifically looking for a large room. The biggest disadvantage of this home is that the location is not easy to find, a little in the mountains, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the S3 beach, and turn left and turn right. Fortunately, the hotel's waiter came to the hotel where I lived, and it was convenient. And very cost-effective The hotel is really a surprise, the surrounding environment is a bit poor, but it seems to be isolated from this small courtyard, the yard is green, clean and tidy, the room is a surprise, big enough, the bed is finally 1.8 meters! ! ! There is also a rocky design in the room, and each room is equipped with tables and chairs for dining. TVs, air conditioners, and refrigerators are working well, and the service staff are particularly enthusiastic. I am afraid that we will not find the main road and will send us in the past. Feel the family with children coming to Boracay, don't mind the distance from the beach, because it is only 5 minutes away, but the room is large, relatively quiet, there is a yard, the children run and run, close to the beach The room is small and can’t turn away.

This hotel is located in front of the beach. If you are looking for a room with an ocean view, stay in the room in A or B. Our room A had a nice ocean view but unfortunately, you also see tangled electric power wires as well. They have an extremely limited service/facilities. It is not like a hotel. They give you full independence and leave you alone, whether you like it or not. The amanity is a bare minimum and they don't even provide toothbrush or hair treatment. What they give are bath towels, two small soaps, and the smallest packets of shampoo. No bath mats, no bottled water, no beach towels, no washcloth, no tea or coffee.. So, if you are set to go to this hotel, be ready and bring everything you need with you. I do not think they serve breakfast. But, there are plenty of places to eat in the area. This was our 5 or 6th time visiting Boracay (we used to live in the Philippines) and we have stayed at least 11 or 12 different hotels there. I do not think we are going back to this hotel for the price we paid.

There is a beach in front, and a village in the back. In the morning, I heard the roar of chickens accompanied by the sound of waves, and I watched Lang Lang chase Shu Yun. It should be a good place. The beach and the water quality are good. Although it is not as good as the horse, it is better than Yalong Bay, Samui Phuket, and Saipan. The above places have been visited many times. Compared with this, Long Beach has its own characteristics and is planning to go again, at least to learn kite surfing. Pulling back to the topic, I also said that the hotel, the breakfast was unsatisfactory, there were not many varieties, and the drinks were too weird and bright, giving people a feeling of pigmentation, eggs and meat, and they were full. There are no organized events on the beach. The hotel's Asian restaurant is as expensive as Beijing's, but it's boring, and you don't go after it once. A small number of employees are obviously indifferent to others. This is especially reflected in the last night of our stay. Due to a power outage, the hotel's diesel power supply, the power supply room was 10 meters outside the window, and it was deafening. It's the same. . . Wonderful sorrowful night!

Imagine stepping out of a spacious, well-appointed room right onto the sand of a gorgeous tropical beach. The Boracay Beach Houses is a boutique family-run hotel perfectly located at the quiet end of Boracay Beach. A wonderful tropical European fusion with lovely staff and chilled vibes. Andy and his team were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable and memorable. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfasts were delicious, and the beach is incredible. We walked along the beach from end-to-end and the Boracay Beach Houses are uniquely designed - everyone stops to look at them. We don't normally re-visit places but we will definitely be back! This is a review for the restaurant/bar; I had already booked my accommodation in advance before finding this place during my trip (but I would definitely look to book a room here in future if I am lucky enough to visit Boracay again). The restaurant serves very authentic tasting Thai food, with lovely basil/coriander/ginger/lemongrass flavours, making it a great change from the typical food served in many of the other restaurants. The bar is at the front and is therefore great for sitting with a beer and looking out on to the beach for some ”people-watching”. The bar is managed by a very friendly guy - Arthur - who has been working there for a long time (I think he said 30 years!) Arthur keeps the beer super-cold, and is great for a relaxed chat, with tips for the island. The other staff were all very friendly too. A very relaxed and friendly place. Hope to see you again in the future, Arthur! (P.S. My only suggestion would be to have a larger sign at the front advertising your Thai food; I know there is a sign but, to be honest, I didn't notice it, and I only discovered the Thai food by accident when I asked for the menu. I think a clearer sign for your great Thai food may bring in additional customers? All the best - and many thanks!)
