Reviews of Hotel Polar Star

Super satisfied. We found a hotel halfway between Kotor and Sarajevo. We thought it was average, but we were very satisfied with it. The environment is very good, the room is large and has heating. The order did not include breakfast, but when we arrived at the store, they said breakfast was available and quite rich. Parking was no problem either.

The hotel is not big, but the service is very good. We were also given two breakfasts.

Very very very ordinary room, but it is OK for a temporary place to stay after we encountered temporary changes. The temperature difference between morning and night is very large

Montenegro ski resort, the highest town in the Balkan Peninsula. It was off-season when we came, so there were not many people in the hotel and we were even given a room upgrade. The hotel is right next to the highway, about ten minutes' drive to the town or Durmitor National Park. If the weather is good, you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance from the hotel. The hotel's dinner is worth a try. I ordered two main courses blindly and neither of them was disappointing. Both the taste and price are better than most Western restaurants in Shanghai.

房間略小，很乾凈。對於自駕遊，酒店地理位置優越。特別推薦酒店晚餐“牛肉加土豆”，400克夠2人吃了，味道不錯份量足！

I stayed here for one night with my girlfriend while visiting the national park. The hotel fits in well with the local houses and other similar buildings and has ample parking to the front. The member of staff who welcomed us was very friendly and efficient and had us checked in really quickly. Our room was one of the studios that had a spacious bedroom with a lounge and kitchenette and was really well laid out. The bed was a bit short but comfortable and the pillows were good. While at the hotel we needed to ask the staff for a few things and each time they were so friendly and accommodating it really was a refreshing change. The buffet dinner was good with plenty of choice but the food wasn’t piping hot. (A minor point in the grand scheme of things) After a good nights sleep the breakfast offered a good choice of cooked and continental options. Overall, the location is great for the Durmitor National Park and the Tara Canyon. The facilities are great and the staff are a credit to the hotel. Would happily recommend.

"We traveled to Montenegro on an organized tour and on the third day of our trip, we arrived at the Star Hotel. Upon arrival, we were amazed by the beauty of the building, but it was nothing compared to the shock we experienced when we entered the huge suite. A bedroom, a spacious living room, and in the corner stood a baby crib, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. We were sure they gave us a suite intended for a family with children, but it soon became clear to us that all the rooms were as spacious and beautiful as ours. Even the dinner exceeded all expectations, we ate the most delicious trout, tasty vegetables, and finally, amazing cakes. Definitely a wonderful meal. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. There is no doubt that it deserves all the praise given to it by its predecessors."

Stunning location in the Montenegrin mountains. Spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathroom. Excellent bar for drinks and cocktails adjoining the spacious restaurant area where a very acceptable buffet dinner is served. Eat as much as you want. A buffet is also provided for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Very good and comfy hotel to stay in. Environment is very beautiful, lots of outdoor places to sit and relax. Rooms are big and clean. Food is ok. But the true Gem is Pavle. Pavle was so nice, helpful, kind, and a good conversation mate which made our time wonderful. He was available at all time and supplied everything we needed. Defiantly recommended hotel.

Mooie, ruime kamer die dagelijks gepoetst werd. Personeel van receptie en restaurant is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De maaltijden zijn niet waauw en heel basic. Ontbijt sober maar voldoende, avondmaal stilt de honger na een dag Durmitor maar is geen high class maaltijd. Lokatie is goed, met de wagen vlakbij de Tarakloof en vlakbij de Durmitor ring.

Ich würde es als "Hotel mit Seele" bezeichnen. Kein Superluxus, aber ein in die Landschaft passendes Berghotel. Seele deshalb, weil man als Gast wahrgenommen wird, das Personal überaus freundlich und der Eigentümer präsent ist. Die Küche ist einfach Klasse, auf das Abendessen (viel regionale Speisen) haben wir uns jedes mal gefreut. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es gibt ab und zu ein Buffet, wobei wir aber a la Carte gegessen habe. Frühstück immer in Buffetform, ist reichhaltig, frisch zubereitet, schmackhaft. Beim Kaffee (wie so oft) gibt es noch "Luft nach Oben". Die Zimmer sind sauber, sehr geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine sog. Juniorsuite mit Balkon und tollem Ausblick. Der Saunabereich ist klein, kein wirkliches "Spa" und nur für ein bestimmtes Zeitfenster für 2 Personen buchbar. Die Straße ist weit genug entfernt, so dass man auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Wir kommen gern wieder, zumal der Durmitor Nationalpark ein erstklassiges Reiseziel ist.
