The whole package is consistent throughout. From the well kept gardens and house, the well decorated reception areas and the genuinely warm reception though into the quality and romance of the rooms. Gavin and Dawn show a thoughtful attention to detail I have not experienced in a B&B. Oh - and the breakfast is the cherry on the cake. I will definitely be back, probably in the Autumn when the seasons are changing.

What a wonderful place to stay. A great location for exploring the area. Such a warm welcome from both Dawn and Gavin. Amazing breakfasts, luxurious room, most attentive hosts. We felt totally spoilt the whole time. I've never given such a high recommendation as this so deserves!

We really enjoyed our stay with Dawn & Gavin. From the moment we arrived until our final farewell they were top hosts. Our bedroom was excellent, spotlessly clean, well furnished & fittingly equipped for our stay. Dawn even made sure there was Gluten free biscuits for my partner! Breakfasts were chosen via an emailed daily list, which was filled with selections to suit all diets & ensuring our food was locally sourced & fresh. The eggs were the most vibrant yellow I've ever seen! Situated just above Boscastle (15 min walk or 2 min drive) to the heart of the harbour. The gardens are a delight with views to the hills beyond Boscastle…. We will definitely be back in the Autumn… Thank you Sandi & Stu

Everything was perfect, above expectations. Thanks to the forms to fill the day before, we had à la carte three course breakfasts, and they indulged my request for a oat café au lait/latte. The only things that didn't work were the claw baths, too bubbly to leave, and the beds, too large and fluffy to extricate ourselves from, so 2 nights left us wanting more of Boscastle House.

Boscastle House could not have been better! Great location. Beautiful room and grounds. And the breakfast! Gourmet all around! Dawn and Gavin are the kindest hosts. The roads around the Cornwall coast are daunting if not fun. Don’t rely totally on GPS Navigation/Sat directions.

Boscastle House is the best B&B or hotel stay we enjoyed during a month’s tour around the UK this summer. Rooms are extremely comfortable, beds excellent and roomy, and bathrooms are sparkling and modern. There are lots of individual touches. Breakfast is also wonderful: cooked to order from a Google Menu posted the day before, with several options (classic breakfast, omelettes or a special of the day). Lovely setting with a gorgeous garden. On site parking. Only four rooms, so I recommend booking in advance.

What can I say! Beautiful BB, rooms, large and airy, bed was like sleeping on a mash mellow!, sofa area overlooking fantastic views of the rolling countryside. Attention to detail goes over and beyond. spotlessly clean everywhere. Gardens immaculate. The breakfast was superb in all ways, everyday you was sent your menu via email and everyday it had specials on, the quality and presentation was like a top 5* hotel in London, even the bread was different everyday! The ingredients were all local produce and cooked to a very high standard. The hosts, Dawn and Gavin was very friendly and helpful with advise about the local area, we always like to try different places to stay, but when you know you have found something so perfect, why would you look any further !! We definitely will be back. Thank you both for our wonderful stay.

After our booking, any contact and updates were clear and efficient and on arrival we received an excellent welcome. We stayed in the Trelawney Room (4 poster) which was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the views excellent. Breakfast itself was one of the best we have ever experienced with many choices and all local fresh produce. Thanks for making our stay memorable for all of the right reasons and we hope to visit again soon.

The best B and B in Cornwall! Very comfy beds, beautiful views and spacious rooms. Tailor-made breakfast choices, lovingly prepared and presented. Friendly and helpful owners. Super location.

We arrived early as traffic was light on our journey, we received a warm and friendly welcome from the hosts and were told our room was ready which was an unexpected bonus. We stayed in 9 maidens and the room was spacious with everything you could need provided. The bed was super comfy giving us 2 good nights sleep. Huge bathroom good shower. Breakfast is amazing!!! you have to pre order but this is to reduce waste and no problem for us, there is a huge choice and it is delicious, big shout out for the fresh fruit and yoghurt it was huge and yummy!

Accommodation was outstanding. The Trelawny Room with the four poster bed was very comfortable with great views over the rolling hills of Cornwall. Dawn and Gavin made us feel very welcome over our three day stay . Best of all was the superb breakfast offerings each morning. We can highly recommend this B&B in Bostcastle. The Napoleon Inn was also an excellent place for good food and drink only a few minutes walk away

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay over 4 nights. The owners are very good hosts and make a great team with Dawn front of house and keeping the room in tip top condition and Gavin the chef who prepared wonderful breakfast every day. Everything was fresh and local. The views were over the very well kept and pretty garden. Boscastle House is situated a short stroll from the village and picturesque harbour. It’s an ideal base for visiting North Cornwall , walking through fields with views of the sea, and having a relaxing, comfortable room to get back to. It was our first visit to Cornwall, and we will be back. Thank you for your hospitality

The Warm welcome makes you feel at home straight away. All rooms are stunning, we were given a choice. The breakfast was second to none. Set high in Boscastle and a beautiful garden to complete a 5 Star accommodation. It’s a must for people travelling to the quaint village of Boscastle looking for a top B&B. We will return if we travel to that part of scenic Cornwall again.
