Comfortable but they really need a restaurant on site or somewhere nearby. I went hungry the night I stayed as there was no place in the surrounding area to eat. You can’t call yourself a “resort” and have no food places on site or nearby to eat in the evening

Great hospitality shown by the owners. Cold Boseong green tea & Makgeolli were served as welcome drinks with a snack. Makgeolli was home made by the male owner who was a chef for 30 years. It tastes really great so we bought 2 bottles. Owner was so generous to give us another free bottle. We had home cooked dinner prepared by the male owner. It was a delicious big steamed chicken served with multi-grain rice, potatoes & the infamous Korean side dishes . It was a hearty meal indeed. Lady owner even volunteered to send us to the Boseong Tea field in the late afternoon on the day we arrived. Super nice couple. Highly recommended place to stay.

It is too cold to use in winter.
It takes a long time for the heating to turn on and become warm. (I think it takes more than 7 hours.)
The soundproofing was very weak, so I could hear everything being said even though it wasn't right next door. Those who sleep early in the evening should consider this.
The service is friendly.

타월은 작은것 2개만 주어서 샤워 후 쓸 수건이 부족. 샤워중 온수가 끊겨서 찬물로 샤워 해야 했슴.전체적으로 유쾌하지 못한 숙박 경험이었슴.
녹차원 산책은 벌레기 너무 많아 불편했슴. 모기에 많이 물림.
