I got into the room and turned on the lights the list was a mile long of things wrong. There were roaches everywhere, it looks like someone partied in the room and nobody cleaned it and handed it right over to me. There were cigarette butts in the bed side table drawer, none of the doors closed including the one that got you into the room, there was an empty bottle of crown royal in the freezer, there was 2 empty small baggies that clearly had ***** in it. The bed was stained, holes in the walls, stains all over the walls paint, bed bugs, the water didn’t work, they had no covers on the beds, the toilet had no lid to the tank. This was hands down the most vile, disgusting and disturbing place I have ever been to in all my years of traveling. I left immediately and slept in my truck. I will never in my life go back to an OYO Hotel!!!

Toilet didn’t work in first room and had trash outside the door which had to be walked around to get into the room. Second room was not a king I require a king I’m 6’7” and the last room had cigarette butts and ashes and clothes on the bed and the toilet had feces in it didn’t flush and siringes needles

Toilet wouldn’t flush, water wouldn’t get hot. Over experience was bad. Room wasn’t even clean and there was only one sheet on bed with dirty mattress

The first room was dirty, smelled bad, and only had 1 towel in it. I didn't think much of it but we asked to switch to a different room because of the smell.
The new room was absolutely filthy. It also smelled bad. I took my finger and moved it across the top of the dresser and it was covered in dirt. There was a message written on the mirror that no one had even tried to clean off. The shelf was broken and hanging off of the wall.
We immediately canceled the reservation and received a refund, then went to another hotel.
Do not stay here.

There was no cable at all, so we didn't even get to watch TV.. the room was dirty found empty drug bags in our room..the people that are here long term to stay where very noisy and was looking for *****, etc.. stayed here before it wasn't that bad this is awful now... I will not pay to stay here again, we also had roaches in our room. If I could get my money back I would,..

The room was not clean - trash under both beds and behind the dresser. There was no remote for the television. It was a double room so should have been stocked with at least two towels, but there was only one. I found a cockroach on the wall. Both mirrors had lipstick messages written on them and only one light smear across each to indicate any attempt had been made at cleaning. The toilet was broken and ran non stop.The pool was disgusting, with trash floating in it, algae growing, and more trash around the surrounding grounds.There was mold and decay on the walls. I knew at this price, it wouldnt be fancy, but it could have been a lot cleaner and in decent repair. My fiance also woke up with 3 large bug bites that looked suspiciously like bed bug bites.

I checked in only to immediately check out!! This property needs to be condemned!!! The room was filthy. Roaches!! No blankets only flat sheets !! No towels only one wash cloth and it was used!!! Gum on the dirty lamp! Broken lock on the door !!! How safe is that??? Now they are calling me a liar and saying there was nothing wrong with the room!!! And will not give me my money back !!!! Again I was not staying in the room!!!

Dirty, roaches, bad area, no comforter, bed just had two white sheets and the mattress was disgusting, tv didn’t work in none of the rooms, people were outside yelling at one in the morning, don’t stay here!
