The hotel is very nice. We had a problem where we didn’t have warm water for a whole day and part of the day we didn’t have running water at all. I tried contacting the reception through telephone and telegram and they did not respond at all about the issue. I just had to take a freezing cold shower. Besides that issue, everything else was great.

I stayed at Le Chalet by Amirsoy with family and had a good experience. The rooms were clean and warm, which made the stay very comfortable. The location is perfect — surrounded by beautiful mountain views. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any requests. Their professionalism added a pleasant touch to the stay. The restaurant offered a good variety of dishes, and the food was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay here again❤️

The hotel is located in the Chimgan Mountains and has a wonderful environment. The house is very stylish, quiet and elegant. The hotel service is attentive. Most of the guests who stay here are from Russia or neighboring countries. I left an unforgettable memory here. If I have the opportunity to come back during the ski season, it would be even more perfect.

this is a very good place. we stayed at the Hills hotel. so it is cheaper than the chalet. if you take 2 people, then the mountains will take the hotel. we liked it. i recommend it to you too. breakfast is also a buffet.
