I have stayed in this hotel before, it was more expensive before the epidemic. It is much cheaper now, but no one will clean every day, but if you need it, you can call. Flo had a very good attitude the day before yesterday and took good care of the residents. There are free minibuses to nearby hospitals. Very close to T station (Cleveland Circle), the hotel does not have a restaurant, and there are many restaurants around. Otto’s biscuit is very delicious, you will never get tired of it! Beware of the ”Liu Po Chuan Chuan Xiang” opened by a family of Chinese, which is very cheating! Supermarket Trader Joe’s things are very good, a bit expensive. There are swimming pools and lawns, and there will be performances on Thursdays during the stay!

The location is relatively good. There was also a convenience store nearby. I'm happy with my life. Although we stayed for consecutive nights, it was disappointing that there was no cleaning at all after the first night.

Very cost-effective hotel As a college student, I have to stay here for one night each time I return from Boston to the village. The traffic is also very convenient. It is close to logan and south station ~ Chinatown is next to it

The hotel is general, but because it is located near Boston, the price is higher than the average hotel. We booked a suite that allowed four people to stay. As a result, when we checked in, we were given a big bed room for a maximum of 2 people. I immediately contacted Ctrip customer service to reflect this problem. Because this leads to 2 people living in no place. While contacting Ctrip, I made a reservation with the hotel on the spot. Fortunately, the hotel did not have a full room on that day, and there was room available for us to stay. We have 2 suites and we need to add 2 rooms on site. After negotiating with Ctrip, this additional booking fee will be borne by Ctrip. I have booked a lot of rooms in Ctrip, and it is rare to see Ctrip acknowledging its fault, which is praised by Ctrip.

The rooms are soso… the reception are very accommodating… the very good thing in this hotel is they give a frankly baked cookie which I really love the most

Arrived to the hotel on Monday 18th the person in the front desk was pretty good she took my information down and the payment. She saw me with my dog and yet she did not asked any questions since this isn’t a pet friendly hotel, maybe she assumed gi was a service animal which is fine. Two days after one of the manager saw me and started asking her employees about the paperwork (yelling at them in a very unprofessional manner). The room was fairly clean but it did not have internet. I let the front desk know they send a technician within 30 minutes, he tried to fix the issue, changed the internet box like 3 times and left. I still didn’t have internet. Next day I went to the front desk with the same issue, they sent a different technician, he replaced the modern again also the tv and left he said he was going to be back and never did. Nobody followed up with me, I was without internet for 5 days. I had to go back to the front desk to ask for a solution, they offered me to move to another room, I did. Next day I was walking through the lobby with my dog and a kid ran into us and my dog started barking because he was afraid, one of the manager her name is Christy I believe she looked at me as if I was a criminal in front of everyone. 30 minutes after someone knocked on my room door very hard I though there was an emergency, it was this manager Cristy (I believe that’s her name) she didn’t even introduce herself and very rudely told me that my son needed to leave the hotel, I told her he wasn’t a pet but and emotional support animal and he wasn’t going anywhere, so she told me that we both needed to leave the hotel or she was going to call the police, all of this in a very unprofessional and unethical manner. I showed her the documents and she said they didn’t mean anything and when I told that what she was doing was illegal she turned her back on me and left. Obituary she didn’t call the police (maybe she did a little bit of research) I unfortunately this doesn’t end here. It’s been a week since the housekeeper went to my room even though I’ve been requesting it in the front desk for 4 days now. On Wednesday I waited in the lobby from 9am to 1pm nobody went to clean the room and today, July 30,2022 I left the room this morning after advising the front desk that the dog wasn’t going to be in the room to please go to find out at 1:30pm that it wasn’t clean, I went again to the front desk and turned out they had me under a different room number in the system, it’s almost 3pm and I’m still in the lobby waiting for my room to be cleaned, some fresh sheets and towels (is it too much? I didn’t honk so) I don’t know what to believe anymore, I just feel like I’ve been discriminated against I don’t feel happy or safe in this hotel and the service/treatment has been not only horribly bad but unfortunate and unfair. Everyone know who I am because I’m the only person with an emotional support animal staying in this oweful hotel right now in case someone want

Very good hotel, good location, more than 20 minutes from MIT and Harvard University, room facilities are good, but also cooking. Pots and pans are complete, dishwasher is also very good, large refrigerator Very real, free parking, great, staying here next time.

Dont the unique decor of the hotel fool you. Outside the decor of the hotel, the rest is just gabbage, it shouldn't be part of the Hilton branch. I travel into Boston every week on assignment and it so happen that am currently staying in this hotel right now. I always have great experience in all the Hilton hotels I have been staying with except this particular one. I am suppose to be staying here for 4 days, and 3 day into my stay. Last night, as I was relaxing and having a cup of wine, the glass felt off my hand and spill on the bed. I had to use a towel to cover that side of the bed in order to be able to sleep on the bed till in the morning. I got in touch with the front desk at 7am this morning before going to work to let them know that I needed my bed sheet changed due to the spill drink. The lady at the front desk, assured me that it will be changed before I get back. when I got back from work at 3pm and got to my room, the bed sheet is still not changed. I called the front desk, to enquire as to why it wasn't changed. BILL at the front desk answered the phone and told me that, am not staying more than 4 days so, my room cant be clean. If I need towels, it can be send up stairs. I had to let him know again that, I had stopped at the front desk earlier today to let them know why I needed my bed sheet changed. From this point onwards he became condescending and repeat the same thing he said earlier of me not staying more than 4 days, and as I was about to say I will go down stairs to collect the bedsheet, he hang the phone on my ear. I call again to ask what was his reason for hanging up the phone on me, he didn't pick the phone. After that, I went down stairs to talk to him in person, and all he could say is, ”I did not hang up the phone, I thought you hang up, Maybe the phone got disconnected”. what a LAME ASS EXCUSE, for been UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! This is the WORST experience I have ever had at a Hilton hotel and will never stay here again. Can't wait to check out

The hotel room is very clean, the sheets and pillows are white and white; the breakfast is very rich, you can make waffles yourself, super blueberry flavor, original flavor, and cinnamon apples. The hotel is very cost-effective, I booked it in Ctrip, a very successful choice, I have the opportunity to choose this hotel. I don't know why I can't upload photos.
