Fantastic! From the exceptional customer service at a 2:40AM check in, to the immaculate room and excellent location CitizenM was more than I could have asked for. More than anything, I needed a relaxing, stress free weekend and this hotel delivered in spades. My son said it was very Millennial, but I don’t know what he meant. My room was efficiently designed with all the comforts of home. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Excellent stay! Clean, modern, and super convenient. My overall experience at the citizenM Boston was fantastic. The hotel's location is perfect, close to downtown and all the main attractions, making getting around a breeze. The room design is contemporary and spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The common areas have a stylish and vibrant atmosphere, and the staff were really friendly. Overall, great value for money.

The location is fantastic! It's super convenient to catch the bus, subway, or an Uber right outside the door. There's a supermarket and a large shopping mall just a five-minute walk away, and you can get to Boston Common in about half an hour on foot. The place is clean and tidy, and there's breakfast on the second floor. The self check-in process was a breeze.

Great location, about an 8-minute walk to the commercial street. The breakfast was also good, quite substantial for American standards. The room was very clean, though a bit small. The smart home features were nice, and the entire check-in and check-out process was contactless, which was excellent.

Great location next to the train station. Super convenient. It was a delightful experience, and it being a super smart hotel (controlled everything using an IPad) also made the experience very unique. I loved it and will come again. The view (after getting the premium) was incredible too. The room may be a little small, but it’s perfect for 1-2 people.

A hotel with great design! Definitely worth experiencing. Everything is controlled by an iPad! Breakfast offers many choices, especially the Greek yogurt which is highly recommended. Excellent location, with bus and subway access right outside the door! Plus, there are various restaurants to choose from.
