We booked a Triple Room with a private bathroom and when we arrived it was a room with one bed and no private bathroom. We contacted the property manager and his response was that no such room existed on the property but he offered to refund us the whole trip or a partial refund for each day. He admitted that they "missed it conpletely" in our message back and forth. He offered to refund the difference and we said yes. We were moved to another room the next night that was a Triple room i.e. a full bed and a camping cot. At the end of our stay we asked how he would be refunding us and how much. He said that it was $60 and we sent out venmo. In the same message he requested a 10 star review and stated that we would be refunded no matter what. That was on Saturday and it wasn't until Monday that he acknowledged that he still hadn't sent the money. He stated that before he would sent the money we need to write a review which he never said. I have all texts. We told him we would report him to booking and he said "In that case go ahead".

The house was conveniently next to the red line, very clean and the directions for the stay were very straightforward!

Got what we paid for. It is a very nice and clean place. A lot of walking from and in Boston’s public transportation.

Nice apt. Owner seemed to be upset bc I used the bed-cot to sleep on and requested an iron. It was comfortable. Would suggest using a monitor light when you come into the porch. Thanks so much.

As reflected in my ratings, my stay in Dan's place was great. Easy check-in and check-out, clean, good location. Unpleasant part: Due to some booking confusion which was easily and quickly solved, the manager/owner of the property ended up owning me a refund. He attempted to withhold it as leverage for a positive review.

Stay at Dan’s!! Fantastic place close to everywhere you need to be! Loved it! Bathroom suite was perfect too (:
