Newly Renovated. 10 Mins to Boton. 3Bds/2Bths in a Small Friendly Neighborhood.

House was updated, clean and well equipped. Lots of supplies, towels …. Very close to subway and easy access to Boston. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was convenient to downtown and the airport. We found the property to be clean and well equipped. The beds were slightly too firm for our liking, but that is a personal preference.

The inside was very nice and clean. Snacks and water were provided which was nice. The neighborhood was not what we were expecting. From the description, it sounded like it was in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. This was not the case. There were only a couple of restaurants in walking distance and only one had a good review. Also, there was never any mention of people living upstairs. This was a problem for us. There was a major disturbance in the middle of the night and we had to leave the next morning. While this disturbance was not the owner's fault, we were disappointed this happened. And I have to say VRBO did their best to make it right for us!

One of the most important aspects of a VRBO that i stay at is that is clean. This home was spotless. Very comfortable and was equipped with everything thing you could want. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We used uber to go everywhere and always got a car within 5 minutes so location was not a concern at all. We were with another couple and we we enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely 3 bedroom condo about a 10 min walk from the Shawmut red line station. The off street parking is essential as on street parking is hard to find. The parking is stated to be two spots, but if you have a large vehicle ( ie large SUV, Truck, or minivan) it can really only accommodate one vehicle. This unit is in the Dorchester neighborhood. There were many nights and mornings that noise from the neighbors was disturbing at times making sleep challenging. Neighbors were friendly and no concern for safety. The hosts provided snacks on arrival, they also provided detergent pods for the clothes washer and dishwasher which was very convenient and helpful. There were large screen TV’s in each bedroom and the living room that were SMART TV’s. The HVAC system is loud, so at times it made it challenging to listen to the TV or have a conversation when it was running right next to you. The kitchen was well appointed to allow eat in meals. We had a very enjoyable stay and appreciated this location's many features.

Great vacation spot! We loved staying here! Everything was so clean and tidy. The kitchen is well stocked and has wonderful new appliances. It was so nice to have a big beautiful new washing machine and dryer! We didn’t have any detergent so it was super easy to take an uber to a nearby Target - we could have walked but that route is not the safest. It is easy to find yourself in a questionable area as it is just a block or 2 away. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5. But, the walk to the nearest train station is through a lovely, safe area and it is easy to get to downtown Boston. We never heard noise from the upstairs neighbor or elsewhere - it was a quiet apartment. Bathrooms are super small but very clean. Great shower head too! The owners thought of nice little things like snacks on arrival and board games. We would definitely recommend staying here! My only suggestion would be another mirror in the bedrooms so that you could put on makeup while your partner is in the bathroom.
