Boston's Finest New Renovated Apartment

Curtis is definitely a 5 star host. He predicted our needs prior to our arrival. He contacted me prior to our arrival, making suggestions of near by restaurants and was prompt with respose through our stay. We also appreciated the late check out due to our late flight. The apartment is wonderfully decorated and comfortable. The coffee pods were greatly appreciated also!I agree with a prior review, a throw blanket for the couch would be an added bonus. I disagree with a prior review that the train station is close by. While it may be walking distance, it is not an area that i would want to walk in the dark. So keep in mind, if you do not rent a car, you will be using Uber & Lyft. If you do have a rental car, there's plenty of space for parking. Curtis is a wonderful host with a lovely home!

Our stay at this property went well. The owner was very friendly and checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. There are a few items that would help make the property a little more homey such as throw blankets for the living room, ensuring coffee pods are available, and a cutting board in the kitchen as we cooked at home a couple nights. I would encourage individuals interested in staying to research the area and have a plan for transportation. It is a little further from the city of Boston than we anticipated, but a 1 mile walk will get you to the train stop. Using public transportation is very inexpensive - you'll want to map out where you want to go so you can align with the transportation schedule but you can easily make it to all areas of the city on the train, subway, or bus. The beds are firm but comfortable. The washing machine is in the living room area, so plan to do laundry when you're not watching TV - the provided laundry pods were much appreciated! We enjoyed our stay and had a great time exploring Boston and Salem - be prepared to get your steps in if you're visiting for the first time :)

Curtis’ place is great, just as described. Very clean, obviously newly renovated. We used it as our hub to go on day trips to Boston, Providence, Newport, Quincy and it was a great place to come back to. Beds are insanely comfortable - best we’ve ever experienced on any trip anywhere. Curtis was very communicative, accommodating, and thoughtful. Was a wonderful place to stay.
