Upscale Unit 1 at Perrin Place

It was a very comfortable set up for my husband and I along with my elderly parents. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen for our breakfast before heading out to explore Boston.

A great property in a good Boston location, ideal for those with a car. On-street parking was easy. Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and freeways. The property is in good condition with new appliances and updated finishes.

The place is great and was very clean. John was helpful when we had questions. The only negative we had was the parking situation. It is street parking only. When we arrived, there was a party happening nearby and street parking was tough to find for a little while. There was consistently space in the driveway for our vehicle but we were told we’re not permitted to park there. We didn’t have trouble with street parking after that first night, but it was startling when we first arrived. We could also hear people walking around on the floor above us in the quiet evenings, but that was not really problematic. We’d recommend adding a binder with some info about the place, recommended local restaurants, etc. for example, there’s a steam function in one of the showers, but operating it was not clear. And we would have loved checking out a local favorite for a meal. Overall, great stay and the place worked wonderfully for our family. Highly recommend.
