It's a pretty standard place, suitable for families. It's conveniently located right by Chinatown and offers self-catering facilities. Parking is a bit inconvenient as you need to find a nearby street-level or underground car park.

I really liked the location of the apartment, it is very conveniently located in the very center of the city. The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in, like in the Cloud. I'll come back here again.

The location is superb except there is no drop-off at front. The car can park 30 mins about 2 meter away from the front door. And there are many birds at front making it looks very dirty and non hygenic. The room is big and nice. All promised amenities and machines are there.

Our two-bedroom apartment had great facilities and felt very much like home. However, the staff's attitude was quite unimpressive. There was no room service, no bottled water was provided, and we even had to take out our own trash.

The location is good, and the facilities are complete. Although there were some issues with the booking, causing some trouble for our check-in, thankfully the front desk actively coordinated, and the platform also helped us communicate in a timely manner, ultimately resolving the problem. The room facilities were complete, and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, there were some issues that must be mentioned: the water pressure was low, making showering uncomfortable; some kitchen appliances seemed to have been unused for a long time, as we only used the kettle; there was a washing machine and dryer, but the washing machine couldn't be used due to the low water pressure, forcing us to take the items out of the machine and hand-wash them before using the dryer.

The room has a high ceiling and a large area. However, the bathroom lacks a shelf or platform for placing the shower gel bottle, so it has to be placed on the floor, which is inconvenient.

This hotel is absolutely devastating. I booked a three-day stay. On my first night, I arrived at 11 PM on my flight. There was no front desk staff, only a security guard. They didn't understand anything and told me to call. Even after showing me my confirmation letter, they refused to accept it. I made dozens of calls and emails, and at 2:00 AM, they still wouldn't let me in. I ended up dragging six suitcases around the streets looking for a hotel. The most outrageous thing was that I wasn't even allowed to use the restroom after waiting there for three hours! I've been booking with Ctrip for over 20 years and have never seen anything this bad! It's ridiculous!

How should I put it? Good location, convenient parking, and the room is OK. It's just that various details are not suitable for bringing children.

Apartment, good security. Big room. Can cook and wash clothes by myself. Chinatown is just outside. Very close to Freedom Trail and Public Garden. Very convenient to Harvard by subway.

Very satisfied. Before check-in time, I left my luggage and went out to play. The hotel took the initiative to help us deliver the luggage to the room. The room is spacious, comfortable and hygienic, and the air conditioning is very powerful on hot days. I will come again next time.
