Beautifully situated in the Back Bay neighborhood, this hotel offers convenient location, excellent service and a clean and cozy luxury stay for business or leisure travel. Highly recommended.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect. However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel. When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help. Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed. From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish. A request of a kettle took 30 mins. We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.

exceptional service and room- everyone is so friendly and helpful, and the room and bed is very cozy. Would definitely recommend as it’s also very convenient. Sad to see people on strike- wish these people would be paid better as they deserve it.

My second stay at the hotel in a month. Really impressed with hotel services by everyone i encountered at The Newbury Boston. I had a late midnight flight flying out, so have requested for a late check out via trip.com comment box. When I checked in, the hotel told me they took note of my request on the trip.com booking and gave me a late check out. Appreciate the professional service at the reception! And the efficiency of trip.com on meeting my request and bookings 🩵 Thank you

The room was clean and tidy, a decent size, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also good. The window overlooked a park. The hotel staff were friendly, the location was excellent, and the hotel room service was good and the food was tasty.
