My last stay 3 weeks ago was excellent. But last night the room was freezing cold. 65 F . Out side was 5 F. The man on front desk was not polite. Changed the room from 326 to 832 with same temp. Sent a van driver to check the problem. And said he cannot do anything more. There was no engineering staff. Very unhappy with this uncomfortable night. Travellers, please be careful.

Conveniently located near the airport in a quiet residential area in beautiful East Boston near a park. The free breakfast is adequate, not particularly elaborate though. Not basic either. The rooms are spacious and clean

Good location. Shuttle service is excellent. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, or similar basic amenities provided. For a hotel charging around USD 400 per night, this lack of amenities is unacceptable.

Very good! It is close to the airport and can be accessed by shuttle within 10 minutes. The room is also very big and clean, with a nice view towards the city.

The hotel is very near to airport and comes with 14 hours shuttle bus to and from airport. But the staff are not so friendly, sorry to say that. Everything else was ok.

Every time I return from a business trip, I stay one night at Boston Airport to adjust before my next long-haul flight. Embassy Suites by Hilton is very convenient, and the breakfast is excellent. I've stayed here three times in a row now, and the transportation is super easy.

Credits for food variety for the morning bf , complimentary snacks upon check in and free evening reception and free shuttle service to and from airport. Disappointed with reception poor services. Prepaid 3 nites room charges but only activated my room card for a night. Felt bad especially we had a day out coming back exhausted during night unable to enter the room, need to walk down and request for the key update which experienced unfriendly and rude management staff without apologies for the incident happen, in return asking back, what do you want me to do now? shouldn’t
