Check-in was easy. Front staff and valet staff were really helpful. Room was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the toilet. The toilet is so low to the floor. I would prefer a standard comfort height toilet.

Place was convenient for walking around.
None of the outlets worked in our room, the room was also missing the mini fridge, which would have been nice to know prior to getting into the room. Light fixture in bathroom was broken

Six months ago we stayed, and I had no complaints. Perhaps that room had been remodeled recently? This room was in dire need of updates and we immediately needed to call to have the toilet unclogged. The beds were springy and very uncomfortable. The heat came on in the room, and it sounded like a freight train was coming through every time it came on, which made it difficult to sleep. We could hear the next-door shower as if someone were in our room showering. There was a hole in the wall above the sliding door to the bathroom, which did not slide all the way shut due to the way it is hung incorrectly. It was also a frosted door so in the middle of the night if anyone was inside, the bathroom light was shining into the room. Waking people up. There were stray hairs left in the shower, and on the comforter and the desk in the room was scuffed up like it was very old. Also unbeknownst to us the alarm clock on the table was set to go off at an ungodly hour from the previous person. This was just very disappointing this time.
