This hotel was brilliant. The location is amazing, right next to the common and many other attractions. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of history. My teens were very excited to be sleeping across the hall from room 303 but no ghosts were seen 😄. Creme pies were delicious.

Pros: Location Staff was extremely helpful and friendly Historical ambience Cons: Room was tiny Room was next to the maintenance room so it was noisey most of the time outside the room Room had a depressing alley view Amenities were crooked and or old Tub had discolorartion/wear and tear Cool/heat unit was next to and facing the bed Housekeeping didnt come till 2:30pm

I really love staying at Omni Parker House Boston. Location was very good, and services were great enough. For my next visit, I want to come here again. One bad thing was toilet, since it was small and didn't have drainage hole. But overall it was good!!

The service attitude is very good. The hotel has a history of more than 100 years. The great British writer Charles Dickens once stayed here for three months during his visit to the United States.
