The service staff were excellent and very helpful. The view from the room was beautiful, offering a great look at the airport and planes taking off and landing. There is a shuttle bus service to the airport, making it ideal for staying before a flight, as it's only 5-10 minutes away from the airport.

Great hotel with stunning views of the harbor.

The bed was big and the room was clean. But the service was poor. I called room service to send two toothbrushes and two pairs of slippers. The first time I waited for three hours, I got a pair of slippers and a toothbrush. The second time I got a toothbrush and two toothpastes. In the end, I only got one pair of slippers. I was too lazy to call, so I had to take turns wearing them.

Close to Logan Airport, the view of the harbor is indeed beautiful, but there are no shops around, the room facilities are simple, the air conditioner is so loud that I can't sleep, so I had to turn it off, but it was too hot when I turned it off, and I couldn't rest well. If you don't want to stay overnight before going to the airport, I don't recommend staying in this hotel at all

Very good, worth it

It's OK, the service is good, and they will pick you up at the airport. The location is very good.

The gym is very good. The air conditioner in the room is a bit noisy, so turn it off at night. The sea view is so nice. It is close to the airport but very quiet. The airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes. You have to go to the front desk to get the toiletries, but they are quite complete.

The hotel lobby has an unbeatable sea view. The food in the lobby restaurant is also very good. The signature dish Boston lobster roll is recommended. The hotel is close to the airport and you can use the supporting facilities of the airport, but there are no other restaurants or shops near the hotel. The hotel provides shuttle to and from the airport. Please note that you need to call the hotel to notify the pick-up, as the waiting time is relatively long.

This hotel is close to the airport and has a great surrounding environment. Next to it is a seaside jogging or walking trail, and you can overlook downtown Boston.

The shuttle bus was really unfriendly. I waited for almost an hour and didn't stop at the corresponding platform. The front desk is relatively cold, but everything that should be explained has been said. The room is very good, and the Hyatt mirrors are full of details. The location of the restaurant is facing the downtown opposite the estuary, which is very beautiful. American dishes are as large as those in the Northeast, so don't order too much.
