The hotel staff was generally friendly, and we were especially impressed by one front desk officer with long hair who went above and beyond to assist us. She was exceptionally helpful and eager to support us in any way possible. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with convenient access to the Red Line subway. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston!

這幾天波士頓長週末，房價都比平時貴，換了這裏環境和房間都好很多。所有的酒店都是地毯，長途旅行的箱子拖起來特別費勁！這次終於給了離電梯近一點的房間，預訂的城景房間終於可以遠眺城市景觀。唯一就是2000+一晚的房間，免費瓶裝水不提供，必須是他們的會員，否則要另外付款5美元一瓶！

Pool was being renovated and sauna room was not turned on. Good location. Concierge was very helpful. Make sure you have a credit card or you can't check in (even though I prepaid online)

Checked me in early which was really nice. Good location. Comfortable room. Not much of a view that I paid for. It takes forever to get in and out of the hotel the way it’s set up with the two elevators.
