Residence Inn Boston Downtown/South End

The hotel is very clean and spacious. Suitable for small families and the daily breakfast is a plus. The only downside, as some people have pointed out, is the location doesn’t feel that safe, especially at night so it is best to avoid staying out late.

All employees at the hotel were very friendly and courteous. Hotel has good service.

I had an enjoyable stay at the place. The place is new and clean. The staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful. The rooms smells fresh and is comfortable to sleep 4. The hot breakfast has a pretty good spread and the food is fresh. The servers work really hard and refills the food promptly. Kudos to them. Overall the stay is value for money. A great place to rest and recharge. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the neighbourhood is a below expectations and feels unsafe. It is apparent if you walk around in the late evening. Nevertheless, if you are hopping around the city, getting a Lyft or Uber is easy and the neighbourhood should not be a factor.

The best value, large room , good breakfast, having coin laundry and dryer machine service. Parking Services must pay 55 $ per day and a little bit fr from downtown.
