Great location close to Faneuil Hall and about 50 yards from the T. Great, friendly staff, nice bed and excellent shower. Nice breakfast with a warm atmosphere.

We love this hotel. Very clean, modern, and comfortable rooms. Great location! Everything is fantastic but we do have 3 precautionary comments for future guests. 1-if you're staying in a room with one king size bed, the shower and sink area are just part of the room and are not separated by a door. So privacy could be a concern for some. 2-the TVs in the room are not smart TVs. So you do not have access to Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming apps. Basic cable channels are offered. 3-there is only 1 TV in the bar area and that is not a smart TV either. The bar has limited drink selections. It's not a full bar.

The room is nice, but the heating of the shower was not working and they couldn't fix or move us to another room. The staff gave us then a complimentary breakfast for the inconvinient. But they charged my credit card for this.

Great room, awesome location, friendly staff and while they offered to hold my bags, they let me check in quite early which was even better!

parking garage across the street was only $9 each day for Saturday and Sunday. however it's $32 a day during the week.....so i wouldn't recommend the Valet parking..

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I asked if they could wish my brother a Happy Birthday when we checked in and they did without hesitation. We were earlier into the city so I called and asked if there was a chance at an early check in. The guest service agent checked and there was 3 available in our room type so we checked in over 2 hours early which was awesome. - The room was a corner room which was very pretty. There is construction out of one window so its not the best view but the other you can see the a part of the old state house. The light the windows allowed in was very nice. Overall the room was very modern and cozy. Beds were very squishy and comfy. The room's heating and cooling worked spot on. - Only complaint I had was that the shower never really got any kind of warm. It was hot for a half a second then was luke warm at best. I didn't want to stand in the direct stream because it was so cold but the shower was pretty small so there wasn't much room other than standing directly under it. Then the drain appeared to be clogged because the water went up to my ankles a minute after starting the shower. Lastly the supplied body wash did not suds at all. Had to use a large amount to clean myself. The bathroom itself was pretty and modern but the shower situation needs some improvement. - - Overall the hotel's location, friendly staff, and modern appearance make me wanna stay again. The shower, while disappointing, may have been a one off issue.
