This hotel is very unique. Please give it ago. Don't be put off by shared bathroom. There are about 6 compleat bathrooms a floor & they are very, very clean & private. It worked well for us & we r seniors. If you want to save $100 a night this is the way to do it Loved the hotel, loved the area, it's smack bang in the middle of Boston If we ever come back we book again...... for sure.

Housekeeping isn't daily; you have to request it at the front desk. The soundproofing is just okay. I chose a room with an indoor bathroom and was placed on the first-floor mezzanine, which was noisy at night due to people in the bar/lobby.

Centrally located in Back Bay, this hotel offers easy walking access to all major attractions, which is incredibly convenient. The facilities are excellent, and despite having a shared bathroom, it was spotless, making for a great experience. The breakfast has hot options and is very Chinese-palate friendly. Very small room and the bathroom and toilet are outside. So everytime you need to go out of the room with your room key card if you wanna use washroom.

We were at this hotel in January 2024 and had a very good stay. That was why when we have to visit Boston again, I will book this hotel again. The hotel lobby has artistic installations and refreshments areas, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was of reasonable good size and the common shower areas were well maintained. I love the signages in these areas, witty when reminding hotel guests to keep the environment clean and be environmentally friendly.

The location is great, very close to Chinatown and the Boston Public Library. It's very clean, with simple yet trendy decor that has a unique revolutionary feel. The service is excellent. However, the room is small and the bathroom is outside the room, which feels a bit pricey, but I guess that's the going rate for a central Boston location.
