The front desk only provided one bottle of water; I had to get more myself. The chips were tasty. Room service was just okay. It felt quite unreasonable—why only one bottle of water? However, the complimentary chocolate chips and crisps at the entrance were a nice touch.

The lobby on the first floor is under renovation, and the lobby on the second floor is quite small. The dark-skinned young man at the front desk had a so-so attitude when checking in, so the first impression of staying here was average, not a five-star impression! After checking in, toothbrushes and slippers need to be requested, so there is a little gap... Fortunately, the location is excellent and the comfort of the bedding in the room has gradually restored the comfort. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and the communication was smooth. The humor of the other two front desk staff at checkout saved the review score... 4.5 points

Overall it's good, but the room this hotel gives is not facing the view room, and there is no bottled water. You have to ask the front desk for one bottle a day.

It was really bad. The front desk first gave me a room next to a machine room. There was a lot of noise (not the noise of the air conditioner, but some kind of equipment, very noisy, with strong resonance). I found the front desk and gave a tip (so if I didn't tip, I don't even deserve a normal room). I changed to another room. I thought it was okay, but my whole body was very itchy when I slept on the bed. I couldn't sleep at all. It was really torture. I stayed for three nights. There was no microwave in the room. I don't know why Ctrip's room facilities have one. There were no microwaves in public places. The room didn't even provide bottled water. I had already paid the full amount on Ctrip, but they asked me to pay a pre-authorization of more than 430 US dollars for three nights. No hotel in other cities in the United States charged so much and so outrageous. To be honest, the hotel is nearly 3,000 RMB per night. You can find other better options. In addition to the advantage of being close to the subway station, I can't find another one.

The room is comfortable, clean and the service is friendly. I took my two children to spend spring break. The location is good and it is convenient to go to museums and universities. Both adults and children are very satisfied and happy.

I like this hotel very much. The room is large and clean, the front desk service is very good, and it can directly lead to the Udon restaurant next door, which is very friendly for people who come home late.
