Copley Square Hotel, a FOUND Hotel

The hotel was super clean and the king size bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of air circulation all night. Plus, the room had a very noise-proof window and a room darkening curtain. Having valet parking was a wonderful convenience. The snack room was a little sterile, but adequate. The staff was helpful but got involved in long conversations with customers leaving others waiting longer than seemed necessary. But that was just on the day we were there, I'm sure that varies. The staff was definitely friendly.

The hotel is in average quality. Only one issue was shower facility. Water temperature adjusting knob did not function well. So I had to have a room change. It is in a great location to get around downtown Boston.

Just in the center of the center. Staffs were friendly and room are clean. Malls , restaurants, supermarket is just around the corner.

Had high hopes for the Copley Square Hotel. Unfortunately, it fell short in a lot of manners. I stayed at the hotel pre-pandemic and enjoyed it. Since then, the lobby has been refurbished and no longer has that boutique feeling. Not a big deal, but it had a very different vibe. Also, the halls we dark and dirty, and the room smelled musty. There was also no coffee or tea available in the room, and the TV did not work (the message said cable/antenna not connected). On a positive side, the bed was very comfy. That said, we will not likely return.
