The window that was right next to the bed was broken at the latch and (unbelievably!) had been duct taped shut. The tape was unsticking so that there was a crack in the window and the noise from the street made it hard to sleep. The sink backed up, and they sent someone up to fix it, but he did not succeed. AND the cable was not working, so no TV. Told the manager all about this in the morning expecting they would comp us the night or at least a future stay. NOTHING! Very poor customer service. And dangerous conditions. Seriously, a taped shut window several stories up. Pretty sure that would not pass a safety inspection.
