The room is large and comes with free bottled water and snacks, which is a big surprise. The hotel is in a great location. The red and orange lines are nearby, and Macy’s is only a few steps away.

The hotel's location is excellent and travel is very convenient. There are several subway lines within a few minutes' walk. There are many shopping and eating places around. The hotel room is not equipped with a small refrigerator, which is the only dissatisfaction.

The executive double room I booked has a view in the picture, and I also specially checked the details of the facilities to mark the view. But when I entered the room, I was dumbfounded. The room is not only small, but the windows are not big. They are located in the corner. When the curtains are opened, there are countless windows on the left and right walls, extending out like a narrow alley. There is no scenery at all. Every day, no matter day or night You have to close the curtains. The only saving grace of this hotel is that the hygiene is okay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was laid back, with a great vibe. The room was clean and looked just like the picture. Would definitely stay there again.

We were greeted by very friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Small perks like the drink coupons, snacks in the room and the cocoa bar really made the stay extra special. Hotel is clean and in a great location, we would love to stay there again!

Daily fee payable at the property which does not factor into the price when comparing on *******. Having realized the total cost I would have stayed elsewhere. The fee covers services like housekeeping which should be covered in the nightly rate, a little ridiculous. The area was a little sketchy at night.
