Bricco Suites

The host was superb! There was an AC issue when we arrived and he had maintenance staff on site immediately. Unfortunately, the room was 94F and took until the next morning to cool so it was an uncomfortable night. We wished there was a full-length mirror then found signs of one that was broken and removed inside the closet door. All fixtures were loose - shower door handle, door knobs, sink,sink handles…. The space was really nice but would benefit from curtains in the large living room as the hot sun made the room challenging to stay in. The room was very clean, nicely designed, and in a super cool spot. One AMAZING perk was that the restaursnts that own the property have a guaranteed reservation for tenants. We would absolutely stay there again but they could really benefit from a quick maintenance once-over.

Beds were comfortable, entrance is tucked away from the street, quiet and private. Transport options are a few blocks to the south, not a long walk at all. Our fridge was not working while we were in the room, which was not a probably for us so we did not ask for a fix. I’m certain they would have rectified the problem if we had brought it to their attention. AC was very effective.

Room was nice and in a great location. There is no reception because the rooms are in a building behind the Bricco restaurant. You actually check in at the restaurant reception. We didn't have a car because parking is impossible in the area but public transportation is a short walk away. Our lock was broken during our trip but we had no issues. Would stay again.

Excellent room and location Beautiful place and rooms. Excellent location. The room fireplace was wonderful. Coffee and endless supply water was also great. Only complaint is pillows felt like a bag of cotton balls. Small complaint overall and wouldn’t stop me from coming back!

Awesome location, room, staff...but... I SO want to give this property 5 stars...but I can't. The room, the condition, the staff, the location were all outstanding, however...we could not get the door to lock, and since they are not a full-on hotel, they do not have a maintenance staff, and are at the mercy of the local locksmiths. They were fully booked, so changing rooms was not an option, and my first night I got no sleep at all. The second night we got the door to latch, so a little better, but when we returned from sightseeing, the door just pushed right open without turning the handle...it was fixed on the 3rd day. Our compensation for this inconvenience was a gift card that did not cover 4 cocktails in their bar. This issue made our stay less enjoyable. Also, there is no elevator, but they were great about holding our bags before check in, and taking them to/from the room. Would I stay here again? Yes, but I'm gonna check the door!

Excellent location Location is excellent in the North End/Little Italy. Walking to all the major sites was easy. Longest distance took about 40mins to famous Fenway Park. Stairs up to the rooms could be an issue if mobility problems. Air conditioning really good, some might find it noisy but fine for us. Would definitely recommend to others. I did a lot of research on accommodation beforehand and very happy with my choice.
