Quiet old hotel in quaint old part of town, Covered swimming pool Staff very helpful and friendly Our room upstairs in main building was spacious if a bit dated. Comfortable bed. Overnight stay on the route of the bike tour Vélodyssée - close to the Oyster farms In Sept it was difficult to find somewhere to eat in the evenings as the hotel restaurant was closed. We were offered a table at a local Creperie but declined and ended up with the only other option of takeaway pizza from a 24 hour dispense machine....it wasn't too bad!

The Domaine Le Martinet hotel in old walls offered us a special kind of experience and fully met our needs. The welcome was courteous and supportive. We very much enjoyed the overnight stay on the route of the bike tour Vélodyssée.

Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was large with all the mod cons and the tile work was outstanding. The decor of the entire en suite was elegant. We booked for one night and ended up staying 3 nights! The restaurant was very good and we looked forward to our evening meals there. The area around the village is sea marsh and quite interesting. We used Le Martinet as a base to make a day trip to Nantes.

Hôtel en plein cœur du bourg de Bouin. Au calme…Parfais pour se reposer. Notre séjour s’est fait en improviste, un peu tard en fin de journée, en pleine saison… l’accueil a été super! Merci! Notre chambre au bord de la piscine, parfais! Merci Monsieur…..;-) Les petits déjeuners sont très bien, avec des produits locaux.

Le cadre est sympathique, le personnel à l'écoute mais il manque quelque chose pour se sentir dans un 3 étoiles : thé Lipton de base au petit-déjeuner (un thé Mariage en 3 étoiles est courant), sèche-serviette rouillé, on avait réservé une chambre supérieure et on nous a attribué une chambre PMR basique, dommage...

Dit is een verouderd hotel waar een muffe geur hangt. Op hetzelfde domein was een zeer goed restaurant, van een andere eigenaar, maar dit restaurant is inmiddels gesloten en staat over te nemen. Gasten kunnen dus kilometers ver rijden om te kunnen dineren en belanden dan in een crêperie. Met de patron van het hotel, Charles, kon je vroeger een gezellig praatje slaan. Nu is die man niet meer te zien. Het ontbijt wordt iedere dag opgedient door een andere vrouw die geen connectie maalt met de andere gasten, als die er al zijn want vaak zit je alleen.Het ontbijt is zeer pover, geen ham en eitjes en een beetje kaas in plastic verpakt. Wat een ontgoocheling. Absoluut zijn geld niet waard Herwig Weets

Joli emplacement au centre du village mais au calme ; il se compose de chambres en Rez de jardin et de chambres dans le vieux corps de logis (ou nous avons logé : literie excellente) petit-déjeuner copieux et de qualité avec des viennoiseries excellentes, notamment des madeleines tièdes succulentes.
