Its such a shame as Hannah is so lovely but we stayed in room 6 wow no hand towel dirty bath towel mo bedside cabinet one side of the bed unable to watch TV due to the layout of the room no drawers no wardrobe shower/bathroom so dirty shower tray yellow water is either freezing cold or scorching hot no where to hang clothes on a main road so noisy people walking and talking past the hotel until 4am paid for 2 nights only stayed 1

When we arrived there the hotel was closed down.no one could re -locate as its saying in the note.. Apparently it's closed for at least 2 weeks .they did not sent send message or email about the issue they have. It was 9 of us standing there -ruining a hen party

If anyone was booked into this hotel and found it to be closed on arrival without any prior notice like we did on 21st June 2025 and not had a refund I have reported it to the Daily Echo Bournemouth. If you would like to share your experience with them like I have please contact Richard.

We arrived at hotel to find out they were shut with NO warning, we then had to find an alternative hotel which took us hours, to then find out the hotel had then sent us a penalty charge for parking when we couldn't get into the hotel in the first place to book our parking in. Its been almost a month and we still haven't had our money back. I hate complaining and would never normally write a bad review but I thought people should know so it doesn't happen to someone else. I would not recommend this hotel, weve not been able to contact the hotel directly either, no one picks up and no email.

Dreadful dreadful dreadful - they cancelled my reservation a few hours before check in - no apology - no help - nothing - they promised full refund - 10 days later - no refund - I have messaged them numerous times - I have left countless messages on their phone - nothing - no response -

We were supposed to stay for the night this weekend, when we arrived the doors were locked. Tried to call continuously for 30 minutes with no answer. Every single curtain was closed and it looked like it had been closed down! We had no choice but to spend more money and book elsewhere. Still haven’t heard back after leaving a voicemail but will be expecting a refund!

Oh my goodness, where do I start with this place? It’s a filthy overpriced place to sleep - if there is nothing else available. It’s nothing more than a hostel at best. In fact I stayed in a much nicer and cleaner hostel during a school trip in 1992. This ‘Hotel’ is smelly - a mixture of sweaty people, takeaway food and damp. It’s filthy dirty and very noisy! The rooms initially looked ok but when you actually looked properly are absolutely filthy. I had hair in my bed as well as a blood stain on the sheet. The bathroom was cold and stunk of damp. Some of the girls I was with had bites the next day. I guess from bed bugs?
