Ocean Beach Hotel & Spa - Oceana Collection Reviews

Room was not super clean and bed was very uncomfortable. Location was ok. Parking was really tight and hard to find a space in. Staff were quite absent. Fine for a night especially as it was very cheap but wouldn’t spend longer here.

Fantastic experience, lovely room and staff here! Room is big and comfortable, there is perfect location with see view!

I have only one thing to say is that the hotel needs some decorating on the exterior the interior was fine

On arrival receptionist was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable. The room was extremely hot as the heating had been on all day. To top things off a plastic bag was placed around the fire alarm, not sure if that inline with health and safety?

Good location and cleanliness, sea view if you upgrade your room. Only the tv was not working, and bad at Sound insulation, cause I can hear others talking at night

Room was clean, lovely bathroom and complimentary bath products. Had a problem with the rooms electric’s…on arrival the TV, lamp and bathroom lights wouldn’t switch on. Fuse box was checked by staff and electric came back on. Electric cut out again late evening when using the kettle. Night porter (who spoke little English) flicked switch on fuse box again and told me to put less water in kettle next time! Tried that but electric tripped again so asked to move room. He reluctantly did that but gave us a key! Overall a good stay just unfortunate situation with electric.

Could’ve been worse but also could’ve been much better

Nice place to stay if you want to enjoy the peaceful holiday. The room had all necessary facilities, however the toilet flush needs the proper refurbishment. In the morning it can be loud if your room has the inner courtyard view as currently they’re making some repairments. Bed is not really comfortable. On the opposite, indoor swimming pool and sauna are great. Also, take into consideration that after 3 p.m the pool hosts swimming classes for children, so it won’t be really relaxing chill in the pool.

I enjoyed my brief stay in this establishment and felt comfortable.
