I was very pleased with the location and the room. The room was good size and clean. The members of staff were very nice and polite.

I legit never post negative reviews but this one time I have to. The ceilings were all mouldy, toilet broken, no hot water, entrance door kicked in when you walk to the lobby, interior walls smashed in. I could not believe it. You genuinely cannot make this up. Asked for a refund and they’ve told me manager will call me 5x but they don’t care. Receptionist said they will sort our rooms out, never did. Just ignored us. I came here for work, I would really recommend spending a couple quid more for somewhere else. I gave the manager 3 chances to make it right, they’ve ignored me, hence the negative review.

Very nice room very close to the beach just what we needed , staff was very helpful , easy to get a hold of if you needed anything thanks so much

Worst experience ever felt very uncomfortable rooms are very tiny I think comforters was not washed, it was smelling and hairs found on bed sheets just after checking in and shower was not working at all ….. someone entered our room just as soon as we leave the hotel to check and nothing is good as such. One more thing there were no tissue rolls in bathroom was wondering what kind of hotel is this ????

There was no cleaning service. I stayed here for 7 nights. No sheet changes, no towel changes. The WiFi connection was pretty slow. The tv was tiny. 5am one morning an alarm was set off. Maybe fire alarm? And no hotel staff or police showed up. The entire hotel smelled like body odor. The bed was springy. On weekends the parking was tight. But on the bright side, it was affordable and in the best location for convenience and safety.
