Definitely worth every penny. Will absolutely recommend to anyone planning a relaxing day at Huaqing (and/or intending to visit the Terracotta Warriors). Regrettably we did not spend enough time (only an overnight stay). To truly appreciate the hot spring, would suggest 2 nights if time permits, so as to really make full use of the hotel facilities. We visited on the last day of the performance for the outdoor show - The Song of Everlasting Sorrow (长恨歌). Tickets were organized through the hotel concierge. Best to ask for middle section to the back so you have full view of the huge stage (including the actual mountain as the backdrop). The hotel organizes meet-up and then a slow stroll into the garden and then back to the hotel. If you plan to use the public hot spring, bring a swimsuit. Stunning hotel. Just do it.

Thanks to the previous feedback. We selected this hotel by the cleanliness, location and the hospitality and it is all true. Walking distance to mall, lots of eateries, the city wall and famous morning market too. Highly recommended as the place is not on busy street so you can get a peaceful sleep. Really falling for the exec room, it is spacious enough. Also taking cab is also convenient, taxi passes by frequently like one every few minutes. Lastly a big thanks to the team who welcome us during the check-in on 10/10/24. I had an overnight flight and arriving hotel at 12 noon, the front desk is kind enough to allow me check-in earlier for a rest. Also, to the front desk team who manage our check-out on 15/10/24 around 10am. I need to apologies that did not note down your name. I hope that the management are appreciating your effort. Definitely will recommend whoever wants to visit Xi'an to stay here. Hope I can return to this wonderful hotel stay again, cheers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptional—both the front desk team and housekeeping were incredibly attentive and made me feel well taken care of throughout my visit. The room amenities were great, especially the shower, which was spacious with excellent water pressure—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location was another highlight, conveniently situated next to Terminal 3 accessible by a link bridge. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic service, comfortable facilities, and unbeatable location!

It has been a great experience at the hotel. So close to cultural AND party Places, so kidness with us. Really good beds to rest and relax. Really good breakfast. So, it's get my five.

This designer hotel is very good and exceeded expectations. The room design is unique and comfortable. The service staff is also very nice and considerate. The location is convenient for travel and shopping. Overall, the price-performance ratio is high and it is worth recommending.

Very pleasant experience at Fu Rong Ge hotel. The overall service is nice and friendly, my room is clean and refreshing. The private host texts me for afternoon desserts everyday, and breakfast is also delicious. Definitely deserves a 5 star review for sure, and my host name is 景月娜. She deserves a raise :).

I was staying in the hotel one night, and was satisfied with location and environment. Friendly staff, they don't speak English but they was ready to find ways how to communicate, they tried to help as much as they can. I was supposed how big my room was, everything was clean and looked nice. The view from my room was directly to the city wall and it looked nice at night time. Breakfast was good, but I didn't like the quality of coffee. In my next trip to Xian, I would like to stay at this hotel.

As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt very tall and still. The front desk staff Xiaofeng was very enthusiastic. The lobby prepared a lot of small things and had to eat and drink. It was very complete. The room was large, clean and well-equipped. In the evening, I sent milk tea supper and small snacks. It was very good. The most important thing was that it was very convenient to pick up and drop off at the airport. The driver was also very good. Depart on time and arrive on time. Overall, 200 can live in such a hotel. Really good, worth recommending

Advantages: We were not satisfied with the room on the first night and asked the front desk. The hotel changed it for us the next day, which is worth affirming. Disadvantages: ❶ The hotel room is not soundproof. The old man and old lady living next to us did not sleep until 10 or 11 o'clock in the evening and kept chatting. They are definitely not locals in Xi'an. I guess they are from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. They started chatting again before 5 o'clock in the morning, which affected our rest. It is recommended that the hotel can strengthen the sound insulation. ❷ The hotel design is unreasonable. For the twin bed room, a latch should be added next to each bed to facilitate the use of each guest staying in.
