The Hotel Sync

Staff was indifferent. Room was sparsely decorated and furnished. There was a note from management shaming users of ******* and other third-party sites that was in very poor taste.

Very attentive staff - the French press coffee was so much better than any regular vat o'coffee you usually get. Breakfast would have been nice. Room and facility in general clean. Love that thermostats available on walls vs crouching over a crappy a/c unit trying to figure out how to dial in a comfortable temp. Fantastic shower.

If you’re in Bowling Green this is a hidden gem…there’s only one of these hotels, not a chain hotel…there’s only Patel family owns it and they do a wonderful job of customer service and up keep…all the rooms are suites and VERY comfortable! I highly recommend a stay and it’s directly across the street from the Corvette museum and race track; great stay!

Staff was professional and polite to the max. Room/suite was excellent. Cobweb in the corner of the wall in the bedroom, but, overall, the stay was superb!

Unique privately owned hotel. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a nice vibe, more eco conscious than most hotels. Would stay here again!

The suite was spacious and comfortable. The owner was serving coffee the next morning. Most importantly, he makes an excellent cappuccino! But we had an opportunity to talk with him. His concept is innovative and focused on customer comfort and satisfaction. We visit Bowling Green annually and will definitely plan on staying there again on our next visit.

A gem in Bowling Green! Trendy. Unique. Spacious room with full kitchen. Mobile-access to HVAC and check-in/out. Amazing shower with body sprays. Complimentary coffee bar. Water bottle station. Friendly staff. Highly-recommend.

We always stay at The Hotel Sync when traveling in Kentucky. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean and the coffee bar is great!

This property pays attention to small details to ensure a comfortable relaxed stay. There were ear plugs and slippers provided, and the owner personally made a fresh pot of coffee to order for us. Small touches like books to read, original artwork, and coffee mugs with the hotel’s name emblazoned on them makes their guests feel at home. Highly recommended!
