I called in on March 31 at 2 PM to make a reservation for the Jacuzzi room I was told that it was open and available they took my credit card information over the phone however when I got to the hotel I was put on the third floor in room 306 as soon as we stepped off of the elevator you could smell the wreaking odor of ********* I made a complaint immediately but not before I made it to my room to set my things down and discovered that we did not get the Jacuzzi room they just put us in a room with two beds. I immediately went downstairs to make my complaint and ask what happened to our room the lady downstairs told us that the Jacuzzi room had been booked for a week prior and the guy that was in the room still had it booked for another week but she failed to mention that it was her that had that room not a male and she told me to just stay in the room I was in that night and the next morning management would fix the issue for me and give me a discount since the reservation room that I had booked was indeed not available however the next morning when I went down to speak to management, management told me that The room was indeed open that no one did have that room and she put me in the room immediately! That night the woman that works there that had the jacuzzi room the night before, the one that stole it from my family she was across the hall from us and had a man and her sister in the room with her they were drinking all night in the hallways and outside of the lobby they invited another girl to their room the girl later got kicked out of the room by the woman that works there but she was not actually on shift she was just staying there the front desk told me that the woman had been staying there for six months prior and that this was a normal thing with her she would invite males and females to her room get them drunk and messed up on drugs then kick them out and they cause a scene! The woman that they kicked out was beating on their door trying to get them to let her in they ignored her but she kept yelling profane obscenities and my children heard a lot of things that they should have never heard my children are only 6&10 it was midnight when all of this started but it didn’t end until I called the cops around 3 because I asked the front desk to handle the situation and they told me that they wouldn’t be calling the cops because they wanted the girl to calm down and go back to her room! We had bedbugs and cockroaches! Stay away from this hotel! Beware

Great location and room setup is nice (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with kitchenette) but it’s just not super clean. There was a toothpaste type stain all over the front of the under sink cabinets, inside of drawers in bathroom and bedrooms have residue/crumbs/need cleaned, fridge had standing water inside plus red sticky stains on shelves, plates in cupboard had dried food on them, carpet very much needs a thorough vacuuming plus a good shampoo (keep your socks on!) Plus there was no toilet paper aside from the half roll on the holder and only conditioner (no shampoo) and no other personal amenities provided. Bed was comfy enough but I itched and worried about cleanliness and didn’t sleep well since everything else was off. Outside is pretty and well maintained . Lobby bright and colorful, pool & gym small but nice (I didn’t use but walked through.) Staff is friendly and responsive with what they could do to help - we needed sheets for the sofa bed and more towels and they ran them up right away at 9 pm but I honestly wish we had just skipped the stop and driven on through the night to get home. This location has potential - I think with covid staffing issues they are just unable to do room cleaning as thoroughly as needed but it adds up and is borderline gross. It’s really too bad.

Easy access from hotel to restaurants and the interstate. It is just a few miles from Western Kentucky University campus. We had a very nice stay. The remodeled rooms were very nice and the layout was perfect for one person to watch TV in bed and the other one to either sleep or watch TV. The TV was able to be controlled from your smart phone! This is a nice feature. There is a traditional remote control also. The front desk staff was very nice. No alcohol sold due to the 'deli' being closed due to COVID19 precautions so be aware. I will most likely stay here again.

The exterior is dated and looks like a “cheap hotel”. However, the interior and our room were very clean. The room had great WiFi, many tv channels, a microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker and hair dryer. It was clean and very quiet. The beds were comfortable. There was a small indoor pool and even smaller hot tub but we didn’t have time to use them. Bring your own breakfast foods because that is what’s lacking. The breakfast offering is minimal (individually wrapped muffins and Hostess danish and a few bananas). The coffee in the lobby is good. They have a cute breakfast room off the lobby but currently have it closed. However, for the room rate, it’s worth bringing a few breakfast items. THE best part of our stay was dealing with Tracy at the front desk. She’s a delight and made my review go up a couple “stars”. She’ll take good care of you. We will stay there again if ever in the area.
