really nice apartment. Nice layout and quiet . Only thing we find a bit disappointing is the cleanliness. Poo still on toilet 🥲. But overall worth the buck. Will come back

Great location with Chinese-speaking staff. It's only a 20-minute drive to the city, and since the hotel is in the Chinese district, dining and entertainment options are incredibly convenient.

I stay at the service apartment. Room is very large and spacious. It can house up to 7 persons comfortably. The balcony is so dusty that it cannot be used. The view is decently ok. Kitchen is basic with some pots and pans. The reception is manned 24 hours opposite the road the Best Western motel. Swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and steam rooms are at the motel side.

Pretty good place to stay. Its an apartment not a hotel. Although they do also have a hotel side. Can't really fault much about this place except that maybe their sofa or couch needs a steam clean. Nothing else to fault.

The self-serviced apartments are fantastic. The location is great. They are like a home away from home. When I'm visiting Melbourne I always stay here. I highly recommend booking for a longer stay. Just remember they are self-service so there is no daily room service.

Good service and good location. The hotel is close to the Boxhill central where you can find a lot of restaurants. There is a lovely cafe ( Red Cup) cross the street.

Lovely garden hotel in schooled and churched part of town at 100 m above sea level. Close to shops, but quiet.... and the only Domino's I know whose pizza is like Italian

We are very happy with a free upgrade for 5 nights due to personal circumstances. The place is very clean and spacious. Location is very convenient. The only set back was a breakdown of internet and the handling of the matter was no very satisfactory. We ended up staying in the apartment without internet for 3 days. Overall we had a very wonderful stay and that make our trip worthy.
