When I booked my hotel stay, I booked a queen suite. Received a phone call the morning we are suppose to check and o was told that since I booked a king handicap, it was down for maintenance. However, when I went to check in, I told the guy checking us in about the phone call I received the morning of checking and he did not seem worried. I told him that I did book for the appropriate room and he didn’t seem to care. They booked us for a queen regular room. I told him that I did not want to be charged for the same price as the suite. Poor hospitality. Needs improvement badly.
