Hotel is very run down. The hotel was fully booked and I was one of the lucky ones to get a toilet that wouldn’t stop running nor would the tank ever fill with no other option you adapt but was more than annoyed with this situation. The gentleman checking out behind me had issues with his door so I suppose if I had to choose one over the other I’d choose a defective toilet.

Used to be a great hotel to stay. Bed was missed shaped (sinks in the center), a/c control unit (wall controls) not working, and tv kept losing signal. Also, the phone didn’t work.

The tv, microwave and fridge weren’t plugged in. My husband had to pull the chest away from the wall to push the outlet back into the wall. The tub had a huge glob of hair clogging the drain, pretty disgusting. The whole place needs an update. Will never stay there again.

The carpet had a strong smell when you opened the door. Unfortunately we had a light that shined on our face all night long. The drape was not able to adjust. Everything else was fine. Front counter staff was excellent. I have another reservation for next month I think I am just going to lose the money.

Room dirty, rusted microwave, hair in shower from previous person, stained carpet would not recommend for 200 a night not worth it!

We checked in around 1AM and when turned the lights on and out our luggage on the bed, small roaches creeped out from under the pillow. Then we looked around the desk area and more, other roaches appeared. In about a 2 minute time span we saw approximately 7 roaches. We left the room immediately and checked out. Waiting to get a refund. Would not recommend.

I like pretty much everything,
What I didn't like they didn't have Spanish Chanel on the TV, otherwise everything thing was would have been perfect.
