This property is worn and I am sure has seen better days. That said the room was clean, sheets white, and front staff and the one in housekeeping I came in contact with were pleasant. This is from an overnight stay. I would stay overnight again. The “1” on services and amenities is for lack of knowledge on my part, not quality. Again it was an overnight stay. I was there 12 hours, mostly sleeping.

There were many cockroaches in the room and I had to ask many times to clean our room but to no avail.

Im not going to be negative about Boynton Inn but its not for a great place to stay when you are use too 4 or 5 star hotels

Inside the building stinks. I think the building is also used as a homeless shelter. Had alot of people on the property just hanging around and smoking. Someone was also living on the side of the building outside my window in a tent. Worse place I've ever stayed.

People if you’re able to spend a little more money at a different hotel please do so, that hotel is BAD! cockroaches, it’s all beat up everywhere smells like pee and ********* in the halls. It’s horrible and the housekeeping don’t understand English. Please go else where if you can.

I would like a full refund of the amount paid, as I canceled 30 minutes after check in, completely dirty, smelly and musty, unsafe location and all the photos do not match the location

we took one look at the elevator, hallway and our room and refused to stay there. The place was a pigsty. It is nothing of how it looks online. I am going to stop payment with AMEX
