Caution - Grant at the front desk entered my room (single female) under what he claimed was “policy.” Front desk manager Amy stood there, blank look in her eyes and mouth half open, as I tried to explain the issue, which was not only ignored but was laughed about with other guests. Very unprofessional and could easily determine that the management’s ‘concern over keeping their role’ pulled rank over ‘keeping a customer safe’. Hoping it’s just a result of untrained management and employees - however; buyer beware! Would not recommend booking as a solo female. This review was in Jan 2026.

Having driven 430 miles from Medora to Bozeman we arrived tired at the hotel, but even in our weary state we noticed immediately that this was a very smart comfortable attractive hotel and most suitable for our stay. The room and facilities was just as nice and we had a good night's sleep before enjoying an excellent breakfast this next morning. The staff were friendly and attentive and our one night stay was just perfect.

We found what appeared to be bed bug stains on the sheets and reported it to the GM. We were told the room would be inspected and that we’d receive an update, but no one ever followed up. When we called back, we were told the issue must have come from a previous hotel stay, which was not the case—we stayed with family and only booked this hotel before flying out of Bozeman. Instead of taking the concern seriously, the responsibility was shifted onto us. After this experience, we spoke with family members who mentioned they had stayed here a couple of years ago and encountered bed bugs as well. The lack of accountability and poor communication were extremely disappointing.

We stayed at this hotel two separate nights at the beginning and the end of our trip to Glacier National Park. It is conveniently located just off of I-90. Bozeman is not a big city, so the hotel was located not far from restaurants and the downtown area. Our room was spotless. There was very little sign, if any, of wear. We stayed in a studio room, rather than a suite room. The studio rooms have a more open layout and have a walk-in shower, whereas the suite rooms have a tub shower and the bedroom is a separate room with a door. The hotel staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was satisfactory. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location on our way from Cooke City to Alberta Canada. We picked this place as we needed a laundry self serve as we had been traveling for 2 weeks so this was a perfect spot. We wanted to take our time with the drive here is this location made for leisure traveling leaving the northeast entrance of Yellowstone and then driving through the park to leave through the North entrance gates. Room was large and comfy and breakfast was hot and free and tasty. It had breakfast taco fixings and a chorizo and potato dish that I haven't ever seen in any Hilton property and it was very tasty.

Very disappointed with this Hilton experience. Upon walking in to the room we were greeted with a mix of stale, animal, old carpet, dirty smell. I-90 is pretty loud. The room is dated and dark. Windows are dirty, curtains stink. Carpet is torn and unraveling. Stains on couch. Broken shelf in tub, slow drain in shower. Asked front desk to move rooms, they were very friendly and tried, but the hotel was booked. We had originally booked 4 nights, but got up at 4:00am from a sleepless night and left after 1 night (12 hours to be exact). Can’t comment on the breakfast since we left early. Front desk did help and did not make me pay for the full 4 nights, but was still charged $430+ for a very “icky” room. Staff was great, but hotel is in dire need of updates to the rooms. Do Not Recommend.

We had an insurance claim and were assigned this hotel. I wanted to switch to a different Hilton closer to our home that was fire damaged so we did but service was terrible and walls were paper thin. We ended up coming back due to the staff. They made our stay and took care of us. The hotel was quiet although also booked for several nights and built much better than the home 2 suites. They go above and beyond. Thank you guys!!

Our family of five stayed here for two nights, and we loved it. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in the US. The room was spacious, with a full size fridge and a microwave, which allowed us to save some money on eating out. The lobby and breakfast area were lovely - nice mountain lodge atmosphere, clean and spacious. Breakfast was great - lots of options both hot and cold. The coffee in the lobby was pretty good. We didn't use the pool, but it looked like it was a decent size for a hotel pool. It was a great place to stay as a family.

Hotel was nice and very clean. The entrances outside of the lobby were kind of odd and not marked well at all. Main issue was the breakfast. They had run out of everything and were not replacing or filling. Ran out of plates for quite awhile before someone put out paper plates. No muffins, toast etc... by the time we were trying to eat. Also, no flavored creamer which was disappointing. Room was very clean and comfortable and location was great for what we needed.

Relatively quiet despite close proximity to I-90. Close to many restaurants and other amenities. Check out the views from Peets Hill/Burke Park!!

Isabella was amazing! She was friendly, helpful and welcomed us with a smile! She made us drinks that were fantastic! We didn’t have cash for a tip so we were more than happy to write her a great review. She went out of her way to get us the mixer we wanted! Very appreciated!

Great room and location, but the best part was the people. It's nice to work with people who care, and the staff (especially Novia) was great. I enjoyed the rustic decorating and general vibe. Next time I travel to Bozeman I know where I'll be staying!

Stayed here several times. Great atmosphere . Great people. Joabella the bartender from Wednesday to Friday made a damn good whiskey drink and is just a pleasure to be around. Amy the manager is the best we have come across in the country. Stay here when you visit

We own seven businesses in Montana and know what it takes to provide a great customer service experience. During the week of 21 April, Emily was working the reception desk and provided service I’d typically expect from an exclusive hotel or resort. She’s professional, polite, and has a fantastic personality. She should be the face of Hilton at some level. Kudos to her, the people who trainer her, and do what you can to retain her! John Nolan
