A lovely country home, with some rooms that have a lake view from the balcony -gorgeous, with a very relaxed vibe! We used the pool immediately upon our arrival which was refreshing after traveling, and it had a view of the lake, as well as the chickens and goat on the farmette. Room: The mattress was firm, yet very comfortable! The tiny European-style shower is an authentic Italian experience (😉), but our spacious bathroom had gorgeous tile to be admired. The most important amenities were included in our stay, and some extras are available upon request (tiny refrigerator). A set of water glasses, wine glasses, and a coffee machine in the room would have made it perfect because we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast available for 5.50 euros. We drove into Bracciano daily for our morning coffee. We loved the remoteness of the place, but found it necessary to go in to Bracciano for any/all activities. It was a very short drive to the lake and quite convenient (if you’re comfortable driving on a very narrow one-lane road.) Know before booking: As stated when booking, there is limited availability of assistance from staff if you need something at an odd hour, so know that beforehand and bring the comforts that you require. Our check-in and out went smoothly, and the hosts were fair about upcharges for things like air conditioning etc. The free WiFi is spotty at best, so do not count on it working consistently, and instead, enjoy disconnecting and relaxing!

Voor mensen die rust en ruimte willen ervaren en niet te hoge eisen stellen een prachtige plek. Gastvrouw Julia is heel gastvrij. Een heerlijke plek om te ontstressen. Puntjes op de i zouden kunnen zijn: verse broodjes bij het ontbijt, een lekkage-vrije douche en een werkende airco. Daar staat tegenover een heerlijk infinity-zwembad. Wb prijs-kwaliteit niets te wensen, al zou je de familie gunnen dat ze nog wat meet tijd hadden om alles goed te onderhouden. Anderzijds respect dat ze het zo doen. Schone kamer e.d. Top!

Chiamato e preso accordi che eravamo varie coppie.Poi ci negano la prenotazione a noi pochi giorni prima , dopo che abbiamo avuto accordi telefonici per la data concordata..in 25 anni di alberghi per lavoro é la prima volta che mi capita di aver una risposta così..

Soggiorniamo nella settimana di Ferragosto, premesso che se vuoi l'aria condizionale la pagi a parte e se sei in compagnia del tuo cane, ebbene, anch'esso paga quota parte; già questo la dice lunga. Luogo e struttura con grandi potenzialità ma, gestione familiare discutibile. Poca igiene negli spazi comuni e approssimazione assoluta nella accoglienza dell'ospite che talvolta sembra più un fastidio che un valore. Mai assistito ad una spazzata degli spazi comuni, mai lavati i posacenere. Colazione scarsa e mai qualcosa di produzione locale. La piscina inagibile per tutto il soggiorno, le cause a loro dire: maltempo, sabotaggio delle pompe, etc. In realtà alghe e funghi che non si giustificano se non con manutenzione inesistente. Poca cordialità, zero empatia ... senso di abbandono ed incapacità un vero peccato. Una Ferrari condotta come fosse un calesse. Non basta avere gli ulivi o 4 oche per dirsi Agriturismo! Aggiustate il tiro se volete sopravvivere e fate tesoro delle critiche che dovrebbero essere lette per far riflettere.

le stanze sono carine ma la pulizia lascia a desiderare, la biancheria da letto non è stata mai cambiata, quella da bagno si, il luogo sicuramente bello ma molto molto abbandonato, infatti le foto nei siti non corrispondono all'attuale realtà, la piscina era verde bottiglia e piena di alghe, solo dopo aver fatto presente la cosa hanno cercato di rimediare, colazione scarsa non esistono cornetti o brioche, tutto è a pagamento e ciò che offrono è di scarsa qualità, nel sito sembra che ci sia la possibilità di consumare dei pasti, ma non è vero, io sono arrivata il giorno del mio compleanno e mia cognata e mio fratello volevano farmi una sorpresa, organizzando presso l'agriturismo qualcosa, ma con la scusa di 4 gocce d'acqua la signora si è defilata, non ho visto mai infatti nessuno consumare dei pasti, l'esterno è un cantiere, disordinato e sporco....non hanno mai pulito l'esterno, e ne siamo sicuri perché c'erano alcune carte che sono rimaste per tutto il nostro soggiorno, nelle stanza mia e di mio fratello in mansarda non c'era un abat-jour e sul piccolo terrazzo aveva tolto le lampade....è tutto a risparmio non curandosi degli ospiti....è una famiglia non adatta alle relazioni con i clienti sono sempre scostanti mai un sorriso , sconsiglio il soggiorno in questa struttura.
