Went to office at 2:30 She said 4:00 is check in time and it would be ready Went to office She said they just begun to clean At check in time ! 4;30 And room still not ready So we didn’t get as much time in our time as we wanted

I loved everything about my stay... Staff very nice and friendly. Rooms very clean. Beach was beautiful. The only thing missing is no microwave in the rooms.

I was happy with the location at the first but unfortunately try to reach out to front desk the phone never was answered, I wanted to make a surprise for my husband but it was impossible. The bathroom drain was clogged and the AC was malfunctioning. The bed frame was in front of the TV very difficult to watch TV, the sofa was dirty same as the blue decorative sheet you guys have on top of the bed it had a blood stain. The wine refrigerator was extra loud at night. The most I like about your place was the location I wished I had a better experience.

I booked this stay specifically for what was advertised as a beachfront, single-level unit with a sliding balcony door and access to a pool on the property. While I did receive a beachfront location, it was not the unit shown in the listing. Instead, I was placed in a different nearby property that was a duplex-style setup. We had people staying above us, and the noise level was extremely disruptive—it honestly sounded like constant running or roughhousing late into the night, making it very hard to relax or sleep. Additionally, there was no pool available at this location, which was one of the amenities that influenced my decision to book in the first place. For the price I paid, there are a lot better options on the island. I’m not usually one to complain, but this stay simply wasn’t worth the cost. There were also several quality issues—the refrigerator made constant noise, and the AC unit rattled. Parking was another frustration: even with a guest parking pass, you have to compete for a spot, and there doesn’t seem to be any oversight, as anyone can park on the property. Overall, this felt very misleading compared to the advertised listing. If you’re expecting exactly what’s shown in the photos and description, I would strongly recommend confirming the exact unit and amenities before booking

The air conditioner in unit 104 kept making a loud obnoxious buzzing sound and kept us up all night. It wasn’t the normal sound you get with an air conditioner. The best part of the property was the beach.

Clean room, helpful staff. Beautiful beach. Got the room with no windows except one in the bathroom. Heard every step from the people upstairs walking. Which kept us up. And the ac kept making loud noises all night. If ur booking book one with a balcony but it’s pricey.

No ammenities. The pool is the size of a hot tub. They messed up my reservation and had me in a city view room when i booked a luxury beachfront room. They did fix it but i was unhappy that I was not on the ground floor as promised and we had to share a deck with the guests next door. This was so uncomfortable because we had the next doir guests walking by our room windows, therefore we had to keep the curtains closed when we were relaxing in our room. This was surpose to be a romantic weekend getaway and I was so uncomfortable. We couldnt even sit on our deck because the guests sharing our deck were outside with their kids. There was no complimentary water in the room. There was sand all over the floor. There was no room service, no complimentary bikes or beach chairs and umbrellas.

Enjoyed our stay, but would have enjoyed it even more had there been regular coffee makers and a microwave!

Clean room. Check in they booked us the wrong room on accident. Walls are paper thin. Overall though can’t get a much better setup for the beach walking right out to it. So some give and take here. I would recommend some earplugs at night if you want to go to bed at a reasonable hour
